• Pool Heating: $60/day; spa heat is free.
• Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.
• Long-Term Stays: 30-night minimum required outside of festival season
• Guest Info: Rental agreement and guest list may be required
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (no amplified music or events)
• Parties & Events: Not permitted; respectful use required
• Pets: Allowed with $150 fee; must stay off beds/furniture ($150 cleaning fee per affected bed)
