Set in Indio`s Golden Mile neighborhood, this five-bedroom retreat is built for groups who want more than just a place to sleep. From sunrise pool sessions to late-night hot tub soaks under a star-filled sky, every hour here has something going for it.

Game room & living spaces
The open-plan living room and kitchen form the social hub of the home, anchored by a 75-inch Samsung Smart TV and generous seating for the whole group. When the competition heats up, the converted garage game room steps in - finished with epoxy flooring, ambient lighting, a built-in beverage and wine cooler, and its own 75-inch Samsung Smart TV. Ping pong, air hockey, a pool table, foosball, darts, illuminated Skee-Ball, Dual Shot Basketball, a poker table, and classic arcade games make this one of the most stocked indoor playgrounds you`ll find in the desert.

Five bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests comfortably:

Outdoor living
The fully fenced private backyard is ready for year-round use. The private outdoor pool and private hot tub are both available all year, open 24 hours. Chip away at the mini golf putting green, fire up the gas BBQ grill, or pull up a sun lounger and let the afternoon stretch out. As the desert cools after sunset, the fire pit and outdoor dining area make it easy to keep the evening going.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles group meals without breaking a sweat - stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a drip coffee maker, and all the basics are ready to go. Multiple dining areas including a dining table ensure there`s room for everyone to sit down together.

Comfort & convenience
Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and central heating keep the home comfortable whatever the weather. In-unit washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, Wifi, and Ethernet connection cover the practical side of a longer stay. Self check-in is handled via keypad entry. A crib, Pack `n play/Travel crib, and board games are on hand for families. EV charging is available on the property.

Location
Just off the Golden Mile near Avenue 49, you`re minutes from Empire Polo Fields, Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and shopping along Highway 111 - with quick access to Interstate 10.

Please note: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Hot tub heat is complimentary. Pool heat is available for $50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May). Pets allowed - no cats; certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs 25 pounds or less will be considered at an additional fee. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-8AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
