Excellent stay here! we loved the fenced in back yard for our dog, amazing location, and all the comforts you would want in a vacation rental. Would recommend and we will stay here again!

Such a charming house, steps away from downtown Dunedin and ideally located on the Pinellas Trail. My family and I, with two kids under five, easily walked to local restaurants, various coffee shops, the bayside playground, and the local bookstore. Additionally, my son and I rode our bicycles to Harpoon Springs on the Penellas Trail, which is located about 10 miles north. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location.One final note: Barbra is a great host. She always responded promptly to my inquiries and generously provided great recommendations to enhance our stay.

If you are looking for a joyful and peaceful place to come home after your adventures in the area, this place will meet all of your desires of a "home away from home". After staying here, this place is definitely my favorite VRBO I have ever had the blessings of staying at on any trip. This place is at a perfect location, the bedding is extremely comfortable, and the house is immaculately clean.

Immaculate home in the heart of Downtown Dunedin! We walked to dinner and late night ice cream every night and loved Lanes Lemonade just a minute walk down the trail! You couldn’t beat this location and just a short drive to Honeymoon Island for gorgeous beaches! Greatly appreciated the beach chairs provided on property!I loved the layout of the bedrooms giving me separation from my teenage boys who like to stay up way later than mom! Thanks for a great stay Barbra!

Incredible property! So clean and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating. The home is NEXT door to the bike trail and so convenient for walking and biking. The home is beautifully decorated and well maintained. No issues at all! Thank you Barbra!

Everything is like new, clean, all the amenities are there (coffee, dishes, shampoo, robes, books, games etc.). Fantastic location just 2 blocks from Main Street.

The property and our guest experience there exceeded not only my actual expectations, but also anything I would have dreamed up if I had a more vivid imagination! The cottage is perfectly situated in Dunedin -- which is a pretty perfect place itself -- and was a very convenient and welcome home base for a bunch of family business in the Clearwater area. Barbra is a lovely, thoughtful host and has completely spoiled me for future "guest" experiences anywhere else.

Such a terrific location - close to everything AND quiet! The home is completely updated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the baths are gorgeous. The entire property is spotless. We had a wonderful stay. Loved sitting in the private yard and enjoying morning coffee. Barbra provided excellent recommendations and thought of every detail making our stay a dream.

What an amazing home! Incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, amazing bathrooms, comfortable beds. Barbra was a delight to deal with. Very receptive to concerns and questions. Lovely touches like bathrobes, gourmet coffee, and a bottle of wine. Would def recommend and stay here again!!
