This clean, cozy and RECENTLY REMODELED 1 Bedroom unit offers the *perfect* Breckenridge accommodations for those who want to be close to all the action! Ideally situated mere STEPS from Historic Main Street, you'll find world-class shopping, dining and nightlife just minutes from your front door. And did we mention the convenient Ski-in Access that this Park Meadows Lodge provides? Situated directly adjacent to the aptly named Four OClock Ski Run, Park Meadows Lodge unit 2A (manage by Ski Country Resorts Vacation Rentals) not only provides quality, comfort and affordability but a great location!

Enjoy ground floor access to this one bedroom, one-bathroom condo with well thought out touches throughout. The brand new, luxury vinyl flooring offers easy cleanup for any 'outdoors' you may bring 'indoors' and the recently refurbished kitchenette provides the perfect cooking quarters for a quick meal between ski runs. Equipped with mini fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave and all the cooking and dining utensils needed to prepare a home cooked meal during your stay.

Enjoy a movie on the plush sofa (that converts to a sofa sleeper) or from the comforts of bed on one of the two smart TV's in the unit. Similar, discernible updates continue into the bathroom where you'll find a stylish vanity sink and granite countertop along with tiled shower/tub combination.

Other well-thought-out upgrades that have been implemented within the unit to enhance the comfort of your stay include a multitude of storage solutions such as several strategically placed hooks, a spacious dresser, and a full-sized closet complete with ample shelving and racks for keeping all your winter and summer gear neatly organized. And directly outside of the unit, you'll find your own personal ski locker where additional mountain gear and/or ski and snowboard equipment can be safely stowed away.

One of the most popular and unique amenities of Park Meadows Lodge is the centralized shared lobby area, modeled after retro ski lodges of the past. A 360-degree gas firepit is the centerpiece of this spacious area and a popular amenity amongst guests. Once you've warmed up by the fire, enjoy a game of pool or proceed downstairs to the recently renovated game room where you'll also find a foosball and ping pong table. Here guests also have access to shared, coin operated laundry and ironing quarters as well as large, commercial sized ice machine. Finally, just outside the shared lobby sit two, large outdoor Hot Tubs and Gas Grill for community use. Soak those aching muscles after a day exploring the mountain on skis or board in Winter or foot in Summer.

Overall, a stay at Park Meadows Lodge promises comfort and convenience in a fun and quirky atmosphere, offering the perfect 'jumping off' point for any Breckenridge enthusiast!

**Please Note: Total unit size is 300 square feet, comfortably sleeping 2. Unit will sleep 4 with the sofa sleeper. However, living room space is limited when sofa sleeper is extended.

Great Location
The condo was walking distance from both the Snowflake lift and town, which would make this a great place for skiiers and/or non-skiiers. 4 O’Clock made it quick and easy enough to ski/snowboard back to the condo for lunch before getting back on the mountain for the afternoon. The condo felt clean and the kitchenette had everything that we needed, but the oven was nearly impossible to not burn the bottom of whatever was cooking. Beware that the walls and ceiling are very thin—every footstep of the people above us was very loud. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and understand that there is much out of the Host’s control. I would certainly stay here again and recommend the condo, especially to anyone who is interested in spending most of their time on the mountain or around town.

Host is a robot & bed is caving in
It is what it is. No frills stay near the ski mountain and town. However for the price, I would have expected a little better. The queen bed is completely caving in. So when two people sleep in it, you both roll to the middle. My husband had to sleep on the pull out couch, which is unacceptable in my opinion. Also, the host is completely non existent and did not respond to messages in a timely manner. And when they did respond, it was an automated message. No way to communicate with a real human since this is a property managed by an outside company—ski country resorts. I would not have booked this stay if I had known that. Additionally, there was zero flexibility on check in or check out time. We even got an automated message that our unit was ready 4 hours early, but to have access we would have to pay an early check in fee. Overall the stay should have been significantly cheaper for what we received—poor sleeping conditions and bad hosting. Stay away from Ski Country Resorts!

Great spot for skiing
The property was right next to the slopes which made our ski trip a 10 out of 10. Place was small but perfect for us and very clean.
