Fully outfitted with all of the cooking/baking and dining utensils you'll need as well as ample counter space, you'll have everything you need to create gastronomic pleasures for you and your group of hungry travelers.
The master bedroom is a sanctuary of tranquility, featuring a sumptuous King-sized bed. Unwind in style and enjoy the perfect night's sleep, waking up refreshed and ready to embark on another day of adventures. The ensuite bathroom is a true oasis boasting a rejuvenating oversized shower, adorned in exquisite designer finishes.
In addition to the master suite, this remarkable property offers a second thoughtfully appointed guest bedroom and second guest bath. The bedroom, equipped with comfortable Queen bed and elegant furnishings, exudes its own unique charm and provides a welcoming retreat. For additional sleeping space, the living room sofa converts to a Queen sized sofa sleeper, bringing total sleeping accommodations to 6 people.
Step outside onto the private balcony and be enveloped by the sublime beauty of the surrounding Rocky Mountain Range. Take in the fresh mountain air while relaxing in the furnished outdoor seating area, enjoying the serenity and beauty around you. The private barbecue grill is perfect for preparing a meal to enjoy al fresco.
Conveniently located in the heart of Breckenridge, Trails End Condominiums provide easy access to the area's most iconic landmarks, cultural treasures, and vibrant dining and entertainment options. Immerse yourself in the rich history and vibrant energy of this old Mining Town and its world renowned Ski Resort, exploring its charming streets, museums, and bustling Main Street.
Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
Guests of Trails End can also enjoy SEASONAL access to the nearby Upper Village Community Pool Center (closed seasonally for Spring & Fall maintenance). Dive into the indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, sparkling under the sun's warm embrace. Or, enjoy the additional onsite hot tubs or sun lounge area for a relaxing day soaking up the sunshine at 10,000 feet.
