Note: This historic building may have some upstairs noise (footsteps and daily activity), which is part of its charm. For comfort, we provide disposable earplugs and a fan.

Bright, cozy living room designed for unwinding after a day in the city. The sofa converts to a king to sleep two comfortably. Separate bedroom with a comfy queen bed, quality linens, and blackout curtains. Clean bathroom stocked with fresh towels, makeup wipes, and essentials.

Cook at home when you like. The full kitchen has cookware, utensils, dishes, and a coffee station with Keurig cups (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, latte options). A small dining nook is perfect for slow breakfasts or simple dinners. You’ll also find multiple bottles of chilled water in the fridge.

A quiet retreat with an air purifier running to keep things fresh and a dehumidifier for optimal comfort.

Free street parking, with plenty of spots on both sides of the street.

Check in is easy. You’ll receive a unique code by text 24 hours before arrival. Enter the code on the smart lockbox by the door to retrieve your key. The lockbox automatically secures itself each time it’s closed. Return the key to the lockbox at checkout.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For safety and security, there is a Ring camera located at the front door. It records the exterior entryway only and does not monitor any interior spaces. This helps protect the property and ensures guest safety.

I manage the home remotely and respond quickly through the VRBO app. If anything urgent comes up, I’ll coordinate local help so your stay remains smooth and comfortable..
