Cozy 2 Bedroom Home Close To Gulf Beaches .

Our lovely 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom home offers 950 square feet of relaxing comfort, polished terrazzo floors, convenience to beaches, and the Pinellas Trail located right around the corner. Our home is also located close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. It is situated 8 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach with plenty of beach access! We offer 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunk bed with a twin top, a full size bottom and a full size trundle. The beds have been prepared with fresh linens. Also included are two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, a washer and dryer and access to a fenced in back yard with a grill and deck! The lanai offers a relaxing atmosphere with a cozy seating area. There is also a shed filled with bicycles for guests to use on the Pinellas Trail. The home is also stocked with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and beach items for the convenience of our guests to use on their trip to the beach!

Close to stores and gas stations but tucked away in a cute cul-de-sac, host has thought of everything you need , the rooms were all comfy and plenty of space for our family of 5 , love the open kitchen living room space and screened in back porch , also enjoyed the trail nearby for a midday bike ride w the kiddos

Father's Day Stay

I booked this house to spend a nice Father's Day weekend with my husband and our 3 kids. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. It had everything we needed to enjoy 3 days of going to and from the beach (beach chairs, equipment, and towels). Since we didn't know anything about the area, we were unsure of the neighborhood at first. But it turned out to be quiet and peaceful and we didn't experience any issues. Upon entering the house, we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that it was clean, bright, and charming. Although we brought our own toiletries, laundry detergent, bath towels, and washcloths we really didn't need to since the hosts provided those, as well. The fully stocked kitchen, washer, and dryer definitely came in handy. My favorite feature was the little sunroom. We enjoyed each morning in there and also had a fun game night. We had a movie night, too, utilizing the DVD collection. There were many other amenities we didn't have the chance to utilize. Maybe next time. The hosts really did think of everything to accommodate their guests, including a binder and brochures full of helpful information regarding the home and things to do in the area. Overall, this was a very nice house that we would recommend.

A nice place to stay

All the comforts of home. Comes with all the amenities from washer and dryer to bikes in the shed for riding in the park. We will certainly stay here again. Thanks John and Nora for an awesome experience.

Perfect home

The property was excellent for a long term stay. There was nothing we needed from the time we stepped through the door. It was exactly as pictured. Communication with the Owners was outstanding. Quiet neighborhood and short drive to gorgeous beaches! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We’d definitely rent again.

Excellent Vacation Rental!!!!

Me and my family enjoyed this property over the Christmas holiday. Everything was perfect! The neighborhood is very quite but convenient location. The property was very clean and well kept. Room sizes worked just fine for a family of five. Seemed liked the owners made sure to have everything needed for your stay! Really enjoyed the back yard it even has access to a gas grill. Again overall my family really liked this property and will book again if available!

Excellent value for extended stay

We were slightly concerned when booking this property originally because it only had 6-7 reviews at that time. BUT we are so glad we did! Besides meeting all our needs as a family of four (very clean, comfy beds, office space via the sunroom, kitchen items like crockpot, etc.), it was in a great location…central to so much. 2 minute bike ride to the Pinellas Trail, 5 min car drive to Taylor Park, and 10 minutes to Indiana Rocks Beach. We will be back!

Very comfortable and convenient to everything!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. John and Nora had thought of everything and provided all the necessities. The only negative is that the renters before is also loved it so much that they are staying longer and therefore the time we wanted is not available 🙁 We would absolutely go back again.

The home was in a great location.

We enjoyed being close to the beach and nearby stores and restaurants. The home was stocked with plenty of beach items for the whole family. During our stay, we also cooked breakfast each morning in the lovely kitchen. We even took a nice bike ride on the trail with the bikes that were in the shed. The homeowners were great with communication and responded to questions in a timely manner, prior to our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay!!!

Very cute and clean home. Everything was there we needed to accommodate and make our overall stay in Largo awesome. Not only did we have what we needed for the home, but going to the beach was a pleasure bringing the chairs, towels, and beach toys. Didn’t get a chance to use bikes, but we thought this was great too. Location was perfect for us too. 5 Stars for this rental.
