Orange Beach Low Density Beachfront Condo Beautifully Updated

Our fully renovated beachfront condo provides the perfect setting for relaxing and taking in all of the wonderful amenities that East Orange Beach provides. Our home features three bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms. There are two master suites with king beds and the third bedroom has two queen beds. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screens, temperpedic mattress pads and down pillows for a wonderful nights sleep. In our master suite you will fall asleep to the sounds of the sea with the balcony door open. The living room features a brand new 60' flat screen and DVD player (there is another DVD player in the queen bedroom). Internet and cable is included with your stay.

Our lovely outdoor space with breathtaking sea views has a comfortable couch and loveseat for those afternoon naps or refreshments after a wonderful day at the beach.

There is a well equipped bar with glass bar-ware, wine glasses, ice maker and blender. The kitchen is fully equipped and will be able to accomodate all of your cooking needs during your stay.

Your family and friends will be able to fully relax with new travertine flooring, seagrass carpet, new paint and furniture. You can spend your days on what feels like your own private beach, rent bikes and tour the state park or get a little adventurous with rented jet skis or a chartered fishing trip. We provide four Tommy Bahama beach chairs but you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach in front of our condo. In the evenings enjoy the fine dinning at Colbalt or a relaxing outdoor setting at The Gulf, see live music at the Florabama bar, or simply enjoy each others company in our comfy seafront outdoor space. We know you will love your stay as much as we do in our little piece of paradise.

we were here 2yrs ago & returned because we loved the quiet of right after Labor Day , a more non-tourist-y feel, and beautifully appointed condo; the most cars that were in the parking lot at one time was (6)! Just a couple of “bummers” : for the first few days, the apt above us had a screaming toddler and thumping footsteps all night long… and at the same time the apt to the West of us had LOUD LOUD people also…. its like, “Jeez, with all of these empty condos, two loud groups are right next/above to us!!??!” Also first two days the ocean was full of gross green slimy stuff; after a few days it cleared up & was just beautiful though! THEN…. there were (2) days when we couldn’t use the balcony because it was SWARMING with bugs(google search mating Lovebugs?) ; last (2) things that could be improved: the toilet paper provided was terrible! I think when spending almost 4k/wk for a place that some softer toilet paper is a reasonable expectation! And the sheets (at least in master bedroom) were too small for the mattress- had to pull them back on several times a night !Anyway, We realize that owners have no control over MOST of these things, and scratchy toilet/too-small sheets wouldn’t necessarily be a deal breaker for us…. all in all, we’d def recommend this place!!!!!

Girl's trip 2025

This property was in a great location with lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. The veiw was great of the gulf. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you could need. We thourghly enjoyed our weeks visit to Orange beach.

Perfect!

I almost didn't do a review because I want to keep this condo a secret. Its absolutely perfect. The owners are very communicative and responsive. The unit contains nearly everything you would need on vacation other than your clothes and swimsuit! We will definitely be staying again, and very soon!!! I've been searching for a new place that isn't insanely crowded, is clean and safe, and convenient. This is it!!!

We felt like we were home. The condo is very inviting and the perfect size for our family of 5. Love the furnishings and location. Owners are wonderful. We hope to be returning next year.

Wonderful place to stay!

The nicest condo we have ever rented in our 30 years of vacationing in Orange Beach. Owners easy to deal with, quick to respond. So many amenities - stocked kitchen, beach gg as Ira to use, nice updated decor, quick elevators, quiet and clean pool area, easy access to beach, not crowded! Can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Perfect location. Stunning view. Comfortable beds. All the necessities including beach chairs and umbrellas and an ice maker that always had plentiful ice. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Beach location was just steps away with an abundance of beautiful shells and never had to compete for a spot. Most days we didn’t even have to share the pool.

Beautifully decorated condo and perfect location

This condo was beautifully decorated!! Beds were extremely comfortable and the bed arrangement was perfect for our family with plenty of room for teenage and middle school age children. The beach wasn't crowded which is a huge plus for me! We loved being able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas provided. We relaxed on the outdoor couches every afternoon, it was the perfect spot for reading and a quick nap. I contacted the owners about a couple of things and they responded very quickly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to go back!!! My only recommendation for future is updating the washer with a top loader to fit space, but we had no issues using the one in condo. Overall, this condo-location, cleanliness, beds, outside space is a 10/10!!!

Perfect for kids & location is a HUGE plus

The pics are exactly what you get. Very clean & has everything you need. Including an ice maker which is perfect for filling up your beach cooler. Easy beach access. We’ve booked this property 2 years in a row.

Our Favorite Family Beach Vacation

This was our third stay in this condo and it’s still our favorite. It’s quiet, well-appointed, and right on the beach. We spent every morning enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. The hosts are wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to returning again soon!

Fabulous beach condo!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing week at this lovely condo. It was in the perfect location on the beach, within a mile of great restaurants and souvenir shopping. I loved that it wasn’t a high rise condo, so it felt easier to get to the beach & was less congested with people. Best of both worlds. It was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The balcony was amazing for drinking coffee in the morning, watching sunrise & sunset, and for relaxing & listening to the ocean waves at night. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were very quick to respond about a concern we had with the washing machine & offered quick solutions. It is obvious they really care about maintaining a very nice condo & hope their guests have a perfect vacation. The beach chairs, towels & umbrella were so nice to use without having to rent them, buy or pack our own. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked & felt like we were cooking at home. We would love to return and highly recommend this home away from home!

Paradise in OBA

Hands down this is the best property we have stayed at in the 14 years we have been coming to OBA. Everything in the description of the condo was better than stated, especially the wonderful & relaxing patio!! The property owners are wonderful to work with. This condo is truly a piece of paradise!! We would never hesitate to give the highest recommendation on this property!!

Pics Don’t Do it Justice!!!!

This condo was breathtakingly beautiful!! So tastefully decorated and was much bigger than it looked like in the listing ! The Gulf was literally STEPS away! Pool was sparkling clean! Had many really nice touches that we appreciated- such as each shower having a detachable magnetic sprayer(easier to clean sand off!)…. a really pretty bar area with its own ice maker and margarita machine and every kind of cocktail glass you can think of …supply of beach chairs,boogie boards , and beach towels in closet; master bedroom had a big luxurious bathroom with a large jetted tub; nice comfortable furniture on the balcony; each bedroom had a ceiling fan and it’s own bathroom ( my two kids loved having their own space!) Only downside I can think of was that on the king size bed in the master bedroom the fitted sheet didn’t stay on too well- would pop off of the corners at least (3) times a night, and they linens were kind of scratchy. Annoying, but def not a deal breaker . Really good time of the year to come-there was hardly anyone here! Most food places are closed by 7 or 8, most sit-down restaurants by 9. If it’s the “night life” you’re seeking, this is def NOT the town! If you seek something quiet ¬ too touristy, this will be perfect for you!! We saw dolphins from the beach daily, as well as stingrays !! Asked owners a few questions via text and they answered immediately!! Highly recommend !!!

Great location. Clean property. Very roomy. I was shocked at the size of it. I truly expected ot to seem smaller than what the listing portrayed but we were pleasantly surprised. Our condo Had everything we needed & more. It has an ice maker separate from the refrigerator which was so nice. We used it every day for our beach cooler. Nice & quiet, family friendly property. Beach access was easy & perfect for our family. The property was exactly as described in the listing. We are so pleased we plan to book again for next summer.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The condo was beautifully decorated, especially the patio! We felt very pampered! Such easy access to the beautiful beach! Would absolutely stay at this condo again!

We live in Austin, Tx. Our family have been enjoying Orange Beach on our summer vacations for 10 plus years when our children were younger......We were reacquainted with Orange Beach and its beauty in 2011 and decided to buy our own place there. We love everything about Orange Beach....good food, great people and lots of time to enjoy the beach. It's the only place where we can truly relax......we hope that your stay will be all of that and more

Our condo has only 28 residences, unlike the larger units where you fight for beach chairs, space and elevators. Our place offers a private, hassle free setting - peace of mind that we all want when we vacation.

Our location is amazing, less than a mile to the Florabama, Cobalts, The Gulf and shopping.

We take great pride in our home, it is meticulously decorated and maintained. We/I am always trying to make sure we have everything you might need.......

We deep clean our unit at least once a year with an additional
deep clean whenever possible. That means that everything even the light fixtures are taken apart. We hand picked our housekeeper and she is the best we have found. I hope you think so too.

If you notice anything that needs attention, please let us know so that we may rectify anything that is not in proper order.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love the intimate patio with the couch and love seat which provides us time to converse and enjoy the sea.

No long walks to the beach.....we are just steps to the beautiful white sands and our pool.

The proximity to restaurants, shopping and activities were also important to us when settling on Dolphin Key. You can't get any better than this, close to everything without being in the middle of the crowds. Our home offers a very unique and relaxing location with open beaches to the east and a state park just a walk away to the west.

We are always trying to upgrade or add to our home so it feels fresh and inviting ......June 2018, we installed new bedding and decorative pillows in every bedroom! I hope you like the change as much as we do........2020 we now have a new side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door.
