The Space:

Morning light pours through the large windows, warming the wood‑floored living room as you stretch out on the sofa. The quiet of East Riverside feels like a gentle pause before you step into Austin’s vibrant streets. You can unwind on the private patio with a coffee, then glide to the shared pool for a splash under the Texas sky. Evenings settle into relaxed streaming sessions or friendly gatherings around the BBQ.



Sleeping Arrangements

Four private bedrooms host three queen beds and one twin bed, each with linens, wardrobes and bedside surfaces. A dedicated workspace with desk and chair sits behind a door in the twin‑bedroom. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress is stored in the laundry area, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate larger groups.



Living Space

The open‑concept layout connects the living room, kitchen and dining nook, creating a relaxed flow for conversation and downtime. A comfortable sofa anchors the space and converts into a queen sofa sleeper when needed, while a flat‑screen Smart TV with cable provides entertainment. Large windows let the sunrise in and frame the quiet neighborhood view.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen features generous counter space, essential appliances and cookware for everyday meals and longer stays. A breakfast nook with seating for four offers a casual spot for morning coffee or quick bites, just steps from the living area.

Guest Access & Policies

A private entrance, free parking and self‑check‑in with a smart lock provide convenience and security. Exterior security cameras and a noise‑monitoring device help maintain a safe environment. The home is pet‑friendly, welcomes long‑term stays and is suited for groups seeking space, privacy and a comfortable Austin base. The host is not responsible for third‑party amenities such as the pool and gym and cannot offer refunds if they close unexpectedly.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
