Welcome to your luxurious stay in the exclusive Grand Bleu Tower,
designed by Elie Saab and developed by Emaar. This spacious 2-bedroom
apartment combines high-end furnishings, modern décor, and breathtaking
views of both the Marina and the beach, offering the perfect blend of
comfort and style
The space
Step into a bright and elegantly styled living room, thoughtfully
furnished with armchairs, a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a sleek
TV unit with flat-screen television, and a dining table that seats six.
Floor-to-ceiling windows lead onto a spacious furnished balcony where
you can take in breathtaking views of the sea and Dubai Marina.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and
stocked with all the essentials needed for a seamless stay. For added
convenience, the apartment also includes a guest powder room and a
dedicated laundry room with a washer, dryer, and cleaning equipment.
The master bedroom offers a calming retreat with a king-sized bed, a
dressing console, tasteful wall art and mirrors, and a private
furnished balcony overlooking the sea and Marina. It also features a
generous wardrobe area and a contemporary en-suite bathroom with a
glass-enclosed shower.
The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a king-sized bed, bedside
tables with lamps, built-in wardrobes, and a dressing console. A second
bathroom with a bathtub is located just off the living room, providing
easy access for guests.
During your stay, you will have full access to the building’s premium
amenities. These include a private beach reserved for residents and
their guests, an infinity-edge temperature-controlled swimming pool
with Marina views, a fully equipped gym, beautifully landscaped
gardens, a barbecue area, a stylish residents’ lounge, and a dedicated
children’s play zone.
Guest access
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.
Other things to note
We’re happy to arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon
request, at an extra charge.
Fresh linen, towels, and an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and
basic shower amenities are provided for your stay.
Once your reservation is confirmed, a mandatory Dubai Tourism Tax will
be automatically charged by Airbnb.
Same-day check-ins are welcome. If your booking is made at 2 PM or
later, please allow up to 60 minutes for us to prepare the space and
coordinate your arrival.
Please note that the beach is currently closed for water testing until
further notice. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool in the
meantime.
Kindly note: As the Emaar Beachfront community continues to grow, minor
construction activity may be present in the surrounding area. This may
cause occasional daytime noise, but we do our best to ensure a
comfortable and pleasant stay.
