Luxury 2B Large Spacious Serviced Apartment at Royal Club Palm Jumeriah

Located on Palm Jumeriah. My 2B (plus sofa bed) bright, airy fully equipped serviced apartment offers everything needed for a wonderful holiday. A large wide front balcony with, partial views of the beach, children play area nearby The Atlantis Hotel, Aquaventure water Park, are only 10 minutes’ drive or by Monorail, with easy access to other amenities. We love our apartment and its wonderful location and hope that you will too.

There is a dedicated 24hr check-in desk with concierge service available for bookings, maps, tourist information etc. On site Maintenance, Security staff, and CCTV Security Check-in earlier than 4pm is possible, but I would need at least 24 hrs notification to confirm this with my reception staff. Late check-out is possible but at a charge.

Baby cots can be provided but with advance notice, as limited on number available,

The apartment is cleaned daily, with change of bed linen and towels every 2 days. A laundry service is available at a local charge.

A grocery list is available if you wish us to purchase some items on your behalf prior to your check-in. The original invoice of the items will be submitted to you and payable upon your check-in.

A private residents only beach, gym, and swimming pool is available but daily charges apply, currently 42 AED per person per day, and beach towels are provided. Being private, the beach is uncrowded, very clean, golden sands, quality sun loungers, and beach/poolside service. The beach/pool and gym are never crowed, very peaceful. Compared to the local free beaches or the charge applied to the Jumeriah beach, the cost will out way the pleasure.

The area is close to several landmarks including Aquaventure Waterpark, and The Lost Chambers Aquarium. Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium are situated at an 11-minute drive.

Dolphin Bay is also nearby. It is a Palm-fringed lagoon where the visitors get the chance to get up close with the dolphins and swim with them. It is a 12-minute drive away from the residence. As for transportation near Shoreline Apartments, residents can use the monorail. The closest one is Al Ittihad Monorail Station, which is less than a minute away. Besides, they also have easy access to other modes such as bus, metro and tram.
