Venture inside, and you'll find an open floor plan connecting a beautifully designed living room with an impressive gallery wall, a spacious dining area and kitchen built for a chef, and an eclectic game room and wet bar. With so much to see and do both in and out of the home, there's never a dull moment at Buena Vista.

Restaurants and shopping at El Paseo are just a short 15-minute drive away. Take a trip into downtown Palm Springs or an afternoon hike in Joshua Tree. Adventure seekers can go south for 20 minutes to find the best off-roading trails in the California desert, while music fans and polo enthusiasts alike can visit the Empire Polo Club, just 6 miles north of the home.

The Lake:
The lake is not swimmable, but guests are welcome to enjoy it using the two inflatable kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, and a pedal boat provided. The lake is home to several fish species including carp, bluegill, bass, and the occasional catfish. Fishing is permitted on a catch-and-release basis, and guests are welcome to bring their own equipment.

Attracting movie stars, such as Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra, it boasts an old-Hollywood history dating back to the 20s. Mid-century modern architecture adds to a nostalgic feel while trendy shopping, hip restaurants, and lively bars keep things modern. Hop from one renowned golf course & spa to the next, or explore the Coachella Valley desert by way of hiking, ATVs, or horseback.

Home Truths:
- Please note that we require a security deposit of $2000 which will be collected after the booking has been made.
​​​​​​​- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested before your stay.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (June 1 - September 30).
- A pool fence can be erected if required for a fee of $650. Please enquire before your stay.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- The pool can only be heated to a maximum of 83°.
- The fireplace is ornamental.
- This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and high chair.
- All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
- Guests will be asked to sign a property waiver prior to their stay.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The barn is not part of this rental, but it is available for an additional fee. Please enquire with our team.
- Events require an event fee and prior approval before booking.
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- The barn is exclusive to contracted event guests and not available for standard stays.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.

Parking Details:
A maximum of 8 cars can park onsite.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
