This new California Spanish luxury villa is situated on its multi-acre private property with private tennis and pickleball court, pool, spa and fruit orchard. The luxury home has four en suite bedrooms and an additional open 2nd floor loft room that is used as a lounge and sleeping area. There are also five full bathrooms as well as a powder bathroom. Our luxury home is a new construction and uses only the finest designer furnishings with custom craftsmanship found throughout the house. The luxury home, along with its chef ready kitchen, is an absolute designers dream. Guests are met at the property upon arrival by our property manager for a meet and greet to familiarize guests with the property and its many features and amenities. In-stay cleanings and private chef cooking services are also available to guests.

It is very close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, a quick drive to the Coachella Music Festival fields and an easy car ride to Palm Springs and surrounding casinos. The property and its huge grass and orchard filled yard is all privately owned and is not on a golf course.

Our luxury home has an expansive and wide open living room, dining room and bar area with an open 2nd floor loft above the living room. Chef's will rejoice stepping into the home's wide open and fully stocked gourmet kitchen which also includes its oversized Sub-Zero refrigerator, several ice makers and a walk-in pantry. The four bedrooms are all en suite and have been designed with sheer and blackout curtains as well as beautiful reclaimed wood flooring. Each bathroom is unique with its own hand painted tile and all with walk in showers. Beds in the en suite bedrooms include 1 California King, 1 King, and 3 Queen. The loft includes 1 Full size lounge bed and 2 Full size couch beds.

Our beautiful kept and absolutely tranquil property enjoys its own private tennis court with two professional automatic tennis ball machines also available for guest use. The property enjoys its own private pool and spa along with fruit orchards and a tree house. A Sonos music system is also available for guest use to listen to music inside the house as well as outside for poolside enjoyment. We provide most all yard games including cornhole, ping pong ball, ladderball, washer toss, tennis racquets and balls, volleyballs, soccer balls, basketballs, footballs, bocce ball, horseshoes, wiffleball, croquet, and badminton. Home gym fitness equipment includes stairmaster elliptical, stationary bicycle, dumbbell and curl bar free weights with bench, resistance bands, and yoga mats. Pool float rafts and noodles are provided along with many poolside loungers and shade umbrellas. Guests can play, entertain and relax to their hearts content at our amazing property.

Our luxury home looks out over its private acre plus grass backyard for playing football, volleyball, and yard games as well as chipping golf balls for non stop fun with family and friends. There are absolutely stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains from all the rooms inside the house as well as from the pool and spa areas, from the tennis court and from all around the grounds of the property.

Our luxury property has its own private fruit orchards that provide our guests with fresh hand picked grapefruit, oranges, limes, tangelos, apples, lemons, figs and kumquats. The grapefruits and tangelos are amazing when squeezed for juice using our juice squeezers that we keep in our kitchen.
