Welcome to Stay Naples! This unmatched, stunning four bedroom, 2.5 bath home with private saltwater pool is located just blocks from Naples best beach, Vanderbilt Beach.

Our south-facing backyard means sun all day. The lanai covered yard means you can enjoy bug-free lounging outside, and our heated pool allows you to take a dip all year round.

Not your standard vacation rental - we are more!

Just blocks away from Publix and Mercato, with many shopping and dining options.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, provide a photo of ID after booking to confirm minimum age requirement, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking, vaping, or parties allowed. One dog (max 50 lbs) is allowed with non-refundable fee.

Amazing spot for our family vacation!

The house was beautiful and felt very comfortable. Having a pool to relax at when not at the beach was awesome! There was more than enough room for our family and everything we could have needed was there. It was also located in a great area, with easy to get to beaches and restaurants/stores. We beyond enjoyed ourselves and for sure would stay here again! Nick was attentive when we had questions and extremely nice! Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Everything about this property is top-notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Naples. We have a larger family, so this home provided plenty of room for us, the pool and lanai were perfect, the kitchen is large and well-stocked, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The home is really well located also, close to restaurants, shopping, the beach, etc. Pictures can sometimes be misleading, but I think you'll find these pictures don't do the home justice. It really is a beautiful home. Nick was very attentive and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend renting the golf cart. It takes 5 minutes to the beach, you can park close to the beach, transport all your beach supplies, AND you avoid getting all that sand in your vehicle. Worth it! I always try to leave our rental better than it was when we arrived, so we left our beverages in the refrigerator in the garage for the next renters, and cleaned up after ourselves as much as possible. Would definitely consider this home again for a vacation. Thanks for an awesome week!

The property was immaculate and spacious with updated decor, and wonderful attention to detail. We loved the patio which truly provided indoor/outdoor living. It was a great spot to unwind and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect. It was a short drive to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato. Nick, our host, was very thoughtful and every need was provided for - ample towels, throws, beach towels and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with several small appliances, a spice rack, and more than enough dishes and cooking supplies to accommodate a family of 5.The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the master bathroom was expansive with great hot water. There are TVs in each bedroom, plus a tv on the patio. Communication was excellent - if we had any question, Nick responded immediately. We had a fabulous time here and we will be back again. Our family loved every minute of our stay. It truly felt like home!

Quality, top notch rental!

Nick's home in Naples is exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated, with style. The beds were very comfortable, which was very important to me. My Grandson's loved the pool and lanai! I loved everything about the home! Very large kitchen, room for everyone to gather. Everything was top notch, and quality. Nick answered every question I sent to him immediately. Nick is an honest and caring owner, which today is very hard to come by. We will definitely rent from him again. Every renters stay matters to him.
