The large laundry room has a new front-load washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of cabinet space. There is a new (2021) whole-house water filtration system.

The home has a dedicated dining room with seating for 6 that also shares duty as a home office. It is set up with a spacious desk, bookcase, and a wireless printer.

The master bedroom boasts a new split-king adjustable bed, a private updated bath, and access via a sliding patio door to the lanai.
