Relax with the whole family at this cozy getaway. The up north feel without the hours of travel. This is a fully recreational lake so swim and fish right off the dock. Bring your kayaks, boat, or jet skis and park them on the dock. There is plenty of room on the lake for skiing or cruising and if you want to see a little nature there is a narrow inlet right around the corner where it is common to see all types of wildlife to include a wide variety of birds and turtles. Watching eagles catching fish or fish jumping near the end of the dock are some of the fan favorites. Winter allows for ice fishing, snowmobiling and cross county skiing to name a few things to do.

The space
Cozy and comfortable. Inside you will find a great view of the lake with lots of wildlife to be seen. The porch has three sides of large windows allowing for gorgeous views of the lake. You can relax around the gas fireplace or catch up on your favorite shows on the 55 inch tv. In the game room downstairs you will find an electronic dart board, foosball table and an 8 person poker/game table. Also included are several different card and board games. The storage shed has many things included for your use. There is a propane grill, extra folding picnic table, cushions, life vests, a few fishing poles, drink holders, umbrella, rolling cooler, corn hole/bags, marshmallow/hot dog roasting sticks, chairs for around the fire as well as other items for your use. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms in basement as well as a pull out couch on the porch (one of the downstairs bedrooms is a non-conforming bedroom that could be used as a home office if needed and the other bedroom has an egress window). The main floor bathroom has a tub and there is a separate shower located downstairs. The main floor laundry is also another plus! Located less then 30 minutes to downtown St. Paul or Minneapolis.

Guest access
House and storage shed. Garage will be locked as it contains owners property. Upright freezer is locked.
