COA Rules
Please dispose trash at the top of the hill close to the Treehouse entrance. The directions to the trash dumpsters are located on the refrigerator. Please do not take the sign off the refrigerator. You can take a picture with your phone.
NO PETS
Do not hang anything on deck railing
Short term trailer parking in the lot by the dumpsters - form attached to be sent prior to arrival.
The quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Treehouse Condos (COA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.
There is limited parking available for boat trailers at the top of the hill by the dumpsters. We do not manage or own the parking lot, so we cannot guarantee availability at any given time. If you wish to use this free parking area for your boat trailer, be sure to give us your trailer license plate number.
