Plus, you’re minutes from the highways that whisk you away to Arizona’s mountain escapes in Sedona, Prescott, Pine, and Flagstaff.
What makes this place extra special to us? This is our very first home - the house where Jess and I started our married life together. Every corner holds memories of our early adventures, and now we’re thrilled to share that same sense of “home” with our guests.
The location is absolutely perfect: close enough to ASU to feel the college energy (especially during game days!), but far enough away to enjoy peaceful evenings without the campus noise. We love that it strikes that ideal balance.

🌳 We’re just half a mile from a gorgeous park that’s perfect for morning runs, sunset strolls, or impromptu picnics

🔒 It’s wonderfully safe - you’ll feel completely comfortable exploring on foot any time of day
