* Pool heat is optional; requests must be made 48 hours in advance
and have a minimum two-day usage.
* Pool heater may not function in cold weather; refunds will not be
given in such cases.
* The spa is not a hot tub and has the same temperature as the pool
when heated.
* Trash should be placed in the plastic bin daily for cleanliness.
* Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an
additional fee.
* Guests can use Windsor Island amenities, but resort registration is
required.
* Online purchases via USPS will not be delivered to the property;
only UPS, DHL, or FedEx are suitable options. Packages may be
delivered to the clubhouse in some resorts with possible fees, and
some may not accept deliveries at all.
