Villa Marina with a heated pool

Holiday home Villa Marina has two separate apartments, on ground floor and the first floor. Each
apartment has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dinning room, and a bathroom
with a shower (two on the ground floor), as well as a large terrace on the first floor and an overhang
covered terrace on the ground floor.
The house has free WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machines and dishwashers, ice machine
and wine coolers.
There is a heated pool in front of the house.
There is a pavilion next to the pool equipped with deck chairs and an additional toilet.
Our guests are offered free parking and a barbecue on demand. Next to the barbecue space, on your
disposal, there is a fitness room with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
The house is surrounded with greenery - trees, grass and flowers.
At your disposal, there is a reserved spot at the beach, together with chairs, a table and lounge chairs, as
well as a kayak and a surfing board you can use at any time.
There is a football and basketball sports centre 100 metres from the house. 400 metres from the house
there is a 4 km trim trail, where you can go jogging or cycling (bikes are at your disposal in the house).
Split airport is 25 km away. We organise free transport for all guests coming by plane.
Villa Marina is situated at the Stivaštica bay in Ražanj near Rogoznica, just between the cape Planka and
the Movar hill. Cape Planka is the most outstretched point on the eastern Adriatic coast and the Movar
hill is a historically significant sight with stunning views and hiking trails.
The cities of Trogir, Šibenik and Split (all of which are home to world heritage sights protected by the
UNESCO) are within 20 to 50 km of the house, alongside the Krka national park, which is situated only
45 km from the house.
