Villa AdAstra spreads over two floors, combining modernly designed interior with more traditional elements, like wooden staircase and doors. It’s outside where the villa really shines, with well kept gardens, covered barbecue grill and various eating areas. You can relax on the spacious terrace or, if you prefer, stretch out by the sea on the beach. Also available is a private heated swimming pool, surrounded by a wooden deck terrace. It is 4m x 9.5m, with water depth ranging from 1m to 1.5m and full width steps in shallow end, making getting in and out very easy.

While offering intimate privacy and comfort, villa is ideally suited for those wishing to explore beautiful Dalmatian coast. UNESCO world heritage sites in Trogir, Šibenik and Split are in the near vicinity, as well as spectacular national parks Krka Falls, Kornati Islands and Plitvice Lakes. One of the most prestigious marinas in the Mediterranean, Marina Frapa, and fascinating city of Primošten can all be reached within a 15-20 minutes drive. And for those arriving by plane, Split international airport is just 25 minutes away.
The entire space is covered with free Wi-Fi, there is a flat-screen satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Washing machine/dryer is also available. The villa is air conditioned and heated, while each bedroom additionally contains a ceiling fan. Linen and bath towels are provided. Boat berth, paddling board (SUP) and two persons kayak are available at no additional cost.
