The spacious Harmony Hangout contains 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, great outdoor space with a fire pit and hot tub, and a game room stocked with games, a Playstation (classic) & Xbox + 75-inch TV, pool table, wall connect 4 and ring toss, karaoke machine and a disco ball, with a comfy, deep modular sectional sofa for additional sleeping.

Each bedroom has a unique and colorful personality that will provide a fun yet peaceful place to rest after a long day of Poconos play. Bathrooms are stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and ceramic ionic tourmaline hair dryers.

The main living area offers plenty of stylish yet cozy seating for your entire group to enjoy the fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, a popcorn machine, and stainless steel appliances, all for your convenience to whip up meals to enjoy in the dining room together.

Outside, weather permitting, you can grill your meal, while others enjoy the massive hot tub! On crisp fall nights, you can join around the fire pit and make s`mores.

Arriving in your electric vehicle? Plug in to the NEMA 14-50R EV charger! (Tesla users will need to bring the appropriate Tesla adapter. Reach out if you have questions!).

The Harmony Hangout has been renovated and designed with your comfort and fun in mind. Everything is hand selected based on quality and style- we did not skimp because your family deserves to feel at home during your vacation. We hope you love it!

We Provide:

Linens- bedding + towels
Toiletries- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion
Stocked Kitchen- plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses eating utensils, cooking utensils, pots and pans, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, toaster, blender
Propane- for the grill
Coffee Bar- coffee (ground and pods), creamer, sugar
Cleaning supplies- disinfecting wipes, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, broom, vacuum, swiffer mop
Paper goods- toilet paper + paper towels (we provide a few rolls of each, but you may need to refresh if you use a lot or are staying for several days)

Please Bring:

Groceries- we do not keep anything with an expiration date, even cooking oil (sometimes people do leave it behind, but we do not guarantee it)
Aluminum foil- again, it may be there but we do not stock it
Firewood- there is often firewood, but not guaranteed. There area many places nearby to purchase

Pet Fee:

Pets- Only approved and pre-vetted dogs are allowed. Additional pet fee of $150 per dog applies and will be requested through the app. We ask that you be responsible for your pet`s behavior, keep them leashed while outdoors at all times, and keep them off the furniture and beds. Clean up after your pet, including waste in the yard. Any damage, stains, or excess hair left by pets will result in additional charges.

We are excited to host you! Please be aware of the following rules before booking:

~No Parties or Events- due to Airbnb`s anti-party policy, we have anti-party technology in place to prevent parties.

~No Smoking- Smoking is only permitted outdoors and please use receptacle provided for cigarette butts; do not throw them in the yard. Additional cleaning charges will be passed to guests that leave cigarette butts in the yard.

~Pets- Dogs are allowed with prior arrangements and a pet fee of $150 per dog. Please read through and agree to all house rules, including our dog policy and confirm you agree. You are responsible for your dogs behavior. Please clean up after your dog and do your best to keep them off the furniture. Please do not leave your dog at the house alone.

~Quiet Time- please go indoors before 10PM. We are located in a peaceful neighborhood of locals and we respect their peace.

~Amenities- We are located in an amenity-rich neighborhood, however many of these are reserved for local owners. Paid amenities (golf, restaurants, water park) are available for your use! Please do not attempt to enter the Lake Harmony Beach for Split Rock Residents.

~Wildlife- you will surely see many types of wildlife during your stay! Please keep your distance and give them respect. Feeding them is not good for their health and can be dangerous for you! Also please keep doors/screens closed once you go in or out so the wildlife does not come in and join you in bed later in the evening. They will come inside if you give them the chance!

~ Garbage- Please ensure garbage is never left outdoors as wildlife will rummage through it and make a mess. Bears to commonly roam the neighborhood and leaving garbage out will attract them! DO NOT use garbage cans that belong to the neighbors.

~Tampering with or covering security devices is a violation of house rules and is cause for termination of your stay.

~Hot tub- Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. Beauty products such as lotions and soaps can cause build up that requires additional cleaning. Please keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use, which keeps it at the desired temperature and clean. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay (e.g. drain and refill), the fees will be passed to guest.

~You must be at least 25 years old to book this home. You will be asked to provide a copy of your drivers license or identification shortly after booking.
