The Leeward apartment is located on the lower level (ground floor) and has 2 bedrooms and 2 connecting bathrooms. It is best for 1 to 4 persons. There is a queen sized bed in one bedroom and two large single beds in the other. Both bedrooms have an air-conditioner (A/C) and walk in closet. No A/C in the living room but there is a fan.

The Leeward has a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, air-fryer/toaster oven, coffee makers, cutlery, crockery, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, iron and hair dryer. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen area or you could dine on the terrace and take in the view. Off street parking is available, but many places are walking distance and public transport is also easy to get.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Calypso apartment. The flat was clean with all the amenities you need for a large family. The view over St Georges is stunning, the location is perfect for grocery shopping and buses. Tony the host was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend it !

Great Greanda Rental / Best Hosts!

The description, layout, amenities were exact, although we found the house even prettier in person. The owners of the home are the most wonderful, kind people and can give you much information about the island. Their care and love for their island and property shows through in every gesture. We choose this property for the location between the town and Grand Anse and it was perfect to go both directions with many beaches nearby. There is a grocery store withing walking distance which is a plus. We exceptionally enjoyed the Rivers Rum Distillery, The Grenada Invasion Airport, the Craft Brewery, etc. There are fun Beach Bars on uncrowded beaches and we enjoyed different settings each day along with several tasty restaurants each night. The deck is wonderful to hear the birds, see the sunsets, and eat the fresh mangoes with your home meals. We would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing,nice, very clean, great location.

Was amazing. Thanks so much to Lindy and Tony for renting your apartment to me. Definitely enjoyed my stay . The apartment was very clean , great size rooms and bathrooms. Bed and pillows was very comfortable . The view on the deck was gorgeous . Was very happy to wake up to that view every morning. Close to supermarket about a 5 minutes walk. Easy access to the bus , which can take you into town or the beaches and bars . The kitchen have everything you basically will need . From plates , pots , cups , coffee maker etc .. the only thing I can say is I thought I was renting a 3 bedroom but it was really a two bedroom was a little disappointed but my family and I made it work …overall it was worth the money and the stay ..

Hello Marisiela Thank you for taking the time to write an honest review of your stay and the property. We really do appreciate it. Regarding the mix up with the number of bedrooms, we do apologise for that. This is as a result of how HomeAway/VRBO laid out their options for the homeowner to describe the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms, with three beds and the apartment can sleep four. It is just that in the sitting room, the large sofa doubles as a queen size bed. We looked at the listing and corrected in right away to avoid the same issue from future guests. With that being said, thank you again for your nice review. Fantastic Views, Location & Apartment!

The view from this property is fantastic looking out over Port Louis & beyond with stunning sunsets & plenty to watch during the day in the harbour. Very welcoming & helpful hosts, Lindy & Tony, they have super local knowledge and are happy to help! The apartment is really well appointed with everything you need, we stayed for 6 weeks so the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking in! & if anything more you need Lindy & Tony can help out if they have it! The open plan kitchen/living onto the balcony makes for a great space for relaxing or dining & comfy furnishings! The bedrooms are spacious with large SUPER COMFY beds & both with large ensuites & walk-in wardrobes, plenty of space to either unpack (or not unpack & live out of the bag with the bag out of the way)! Super location, 5 minute drive to Grand Anse, 5 minute drive to St Georges & a supermarket 2 mins walk down the hill! We will be back to Grenada and hope Lindy & Tony's place is available so we can stay again!

Little gem in St George’s

Thank you Tony and Lindy! What a special spot. Our hosts were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The view from the deck is gorgeous and having your meal, whilst looking down on Port Louis Marina and the picturesque town of St. George, a rare treat. The apartment is well appointed with all you need to be very self sufficient. Foodland is just down the hill 3-5 minutes walk away and public transportation easy to access. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend this little gem.

Unser Urlaub im November 2019

Wir hatten 4 schöne Wochen auf der Insel Grenada und hatten eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit allem Comfort. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen und die Stadt St. George`s ist hervorragend. Lediglich die laute Musikberieselung des nahen Rumausschanks störte die Harmonie. Die netten Vermieter waren hilfsbereit, die Wäsche wurde einmal gewechselt. Die Fahrt zum Strand mit dem Minibus muss man erlebt haben. Der nahe Lebensmittelmarkt ist über einen kurzen abenteuerlichen Weg zu erreichen. Wir würden bei unserem nächste Urlaub auf Grenada wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Thank you Klaus for your review, I am sorry for that bit of noise from the bar nearby. I must admit that during your stay they were a little excessive. However, I hope that does not stop you from making a visit to the island again. You and Gerti have a good Christmas and a great 2020.

V good value with a lovely view from the balcony across the marina to St George's

Well stocked apartment. 5 of us stayed but it's ideal for 4. The taxi we booked for our return to the airport didn't arrive and Lindy quickly sorted out a replacement. Excellent service!

Perfect location and best view!!

I would highly recommend this rental! Casa Calypso was perfect, ten mins from town, about 15 mins from Grand Anse Beach, a short walk from the main road. Lindy and her husband were amazing hosts, we got an airport pick up, suggestions on things to do and places to eat in the area, and a really clean apartment. The AC was a plus and if you like to drink tea in the morning you should sit outside. The grounds were quiet and clean and we felt completely safe.

Centrally located in a vibrant neighborhood called Belmont which is in the parish of Saint George. The location offers stunning views of the city, Port Louis Marina, Grenada Yacht Club and some landmark views such as Fort George and the Grenada Parliament.

Grocery shopping and local or international style restaurants/bars are within walking distance such as Patrick's Homestyle restaurant or Victory Bar in the Port Louis Marina.

Access to public transport is very easy to get to if you choose not to rent a car. When you walk through the neighborhood the people are friendly and always willing to help.
