Cathedral ceilings, nice clean two bedrooms, one bath ,open floor plan hardwood floors, central A/C fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essential cooking appliances ( blender, toaster, regular coffee maker, K-cup..) granite counter top, center island, washer and dryer , Flat 40' LED Cable TV, WIFI..
Both bedrooms feature high quality Queen mattresses ,mattress pads. Additional sleeping consist of a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Relax in your new own deck and patio and direct gas grill and private out side shower and one car parking .Sleep 4-6 people including children. Completely furnished and conveniently located right in town, near store and restaurants!!! We are pet friendly, we aloud 1 pet, there is a fee of $75.00 dollar p/ stay total!!!!! Dog should be no more then 30 pounds, no puppies!!! Policies:
-No Smoking inside the house!!!!
_Must be at least 30 years old to book
-Renters must bring sheets and towels. and toiletries.
Check in is at 4:00 pm
Check out is at 11:00 am

Spotless comfortable beach cottage.

Loved this lovely Cottage

We had very pleasant stay. House was immaculate.. our hosts Felix and Elsa were so accommodating and were only a text away to answer any questions. Great location only a short walk to some restaurants and the beach. Loved the outdoor shower. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Great house and location in Lavallette. A short walk to the beach and downtown. House was as described. Loved the deck and patio. A special thanks to Felix and Elsa our hosts for making us feel welcome when we arrived.

Perfection

Elsa and Felix are amazing good hearted people ! My husband and I got married during our stay . They were extremly accomodating to make our day special !! They went above and beyond and we would highly recomend a stay in either one of their rentals !! We would have to say one of the best experiences on VRBO and in the future we would love to stay again !! THANK YOU AGAIN !!!!!!

Cozy vacation home

We just returned from our pleasant week in Lavallette. The house was charming. It had everything you need for a beach house. The outdoor shower was great! The hose to clean off sandy feet was also a bonus. There were many extra beach toys, etc. that they left for renters to enjoy. Elsa and Felix were so pleasant to deal with. When my dog managed to escape from the house, they went out of their way to track me down to let me know. Because of them, my dog is now home with us :) The location is great, within walking distance of stores, restaurants, etc. and a quick drive to the supermarket and Seaside Heights. I would definitely rent this house again! :)

Adorable bungalow, great location

Just back from a fabulous week staying at this cozy bungalow. It is tiny, but neat as a pin and close to everything: beach, bay, restaurants, shops. Has all the essentials (no dishwasher but does include washer/dryer and a natural gas hookup for the grill--no fussing with tanks!) and the hosts, Felix and Elsa are lovely. One quick note for dog owners: the yard is fenced on three sides, but there is a path to the street that is not fenced. We brought a 50-foot lead and tied it to the column under the deck and that worked great for ensuring our pup couldn't get loose while we were grilling and chilling. Also, Felix and Elsa provided a baby gate so we could block the stairs and contain our pup on the deck if we were just sitting up there. Really nice touch. :)

Friendly owners wonderful house

I had originally booked this house for my husband, myself and my in laws. Unfortunately due to my husbands work schedule we couldn’t go but my in laws really enjoyed their stay. Felix was wonderful and my in laws said the house was great!

Fun at the shore

Elsa and Felix were the perfect hosts. They were attentive and helpful to all our requests. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, cozy and charming. Great location and great amenities. We would absolutely stay again!!!

peace and tranquility

quiet street close to both the ocean and the bay. a cool refreshing breeze ran through the property keeping the heat at bay. house was clean and well furnished. hosts were accessible via phone and email as needed. highly recommend.

Amazing Weekend

Can't say enough positive things about our long weekend experience! Felix and Elsa are absolutely amazing hosts. The rental was perfect - clean, tidy, and great for the family. The location was fantastic - easy walk to the ocean, bay, and restaurants. Just an all-around great property!!!

Family get away

Caring and comfortable

The host provided us everything we needed and more. I had a few special requests which were accommodated with kindness and efficiency. Everything is in fine condition. Cozy bungalow with all you need. The beach and bay are each a couple blocks away.

Perfect place to get away!

Perfect place to spend family vacation!! Great location. The house was clean and very well kept. We enjoyed the deck and backyard space as well. Having a washer and dryer was very useful! Elsa and Felix were wonderful. There to greet us and make sure we had everything we need. Offered suggestions on places in the area. They even provided sanitizing wipes and a few disposable masks. The care and attention they put into maintaining their house/property and taking care of their people shows. It was an excellent experience.

Great stay

We had a lovely week at Felix and Elsa's place. The location is great and the little cottage was comfortable and well-appointed. They had all the amenities we needed (except wifi), and I really appreciated the nice porch area with grill and lovely outdoor shower. The only thing that could have improved our experience was a functioning wifi connection. Having the router in the other house and sharing the signal with those guests left us without wifi for most of our stay. This makes for a pretty big inconvenience for people who need wifi for work, etc.
