Welcome to Haven — a serene, private retreat off Eel Point in Dionis, perfect for relaxed gatherings and unforgettable memories. A main house and guest house set on nearly 2 acres and backed by 700 acres of conservation land, this exceptional property includes Homeward Bound, a five-bedroom main house, and Beach Bound, a three-bedroom guest house. With a 20x50 heated pool and separate hot tub, Haven provides an idyllic setting for entertaining family and friends or accommodating a two-family stay.

The main house features a thoughtful layout with tranquil bedrooms and bright, open living spaces. On the first floor, you’ll find a King bedroom with an en suite bathroom, along with two additional Queen bedrooms. Upstairs, a sunlit kitchen with granite countertops and a central island flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. Also on this level is a second King bedroom with en suite bathroom and a convenient powder room. Large folding glass doors extend the living space to a deck with an outdoor fireplace, beautifully blending indoor comfort with outdoor living.

The lower level includes a cozy media room with a large TV for movie nights, a well-equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink, and ice machine), and a fun bunkroom with three Twin beds and an en suite bathroom—ideal for kids, extra guests, or an au pair. A laundry room with two sets of washer-dryers adds convenience for extended stays.

The guest house, Beach Bound, offers a main-level King bedroom with en suite bathroom, plus kitchen, dining, and living areas that open to a deck overlooking the pool and expansive preserve. The 1st level includes another King bedroom with en suite bathroom and French doors to the lawn, along with a flexible bedroom featuring two Twin beds and one Queen bed. Beach Bound also offers its own laundry facilities, an outdoor shower, an infrared sauna, and a Super Nova massage chair by Relax The Back.

Located just a short drive from Dionis Beach and 40th Pole, Haven also borders the Linda Loring nature preserve, where you’ll find peaceful hiking trails through 104 acres of conservation land. It’s a true island oasis — where privacy, comfort, and connection come together in perfect harmony.

Note: One-week minimum rental required in peak season (Saturday –Saturday); three-night minimum in the off-season. Please inquire about pets. Jeep Gladiators available to rent (at rates below on-island rentals), subject to availability.
