This property offers free, seasonal, beach service each day of your stay from March 1 to October 31st. The service includes 2 beach chaise loungers and 1 umbrella, setup for you each day, to relax and enjoy our beautiful beach.

This Luxurious Unit Is Located On The 17th Floor Of Ocean Reef Condominium Complex. When You Walk In The Door You Immediately Notice The Breath-taking Emerald Green Waters Of The Gulf. You Will Also Notice The Open Floor Plan And Beautiful Décor.

The Kitchen Has Granite Counter Tops, Lighting And Equipped With All The Necessities For A Comfortable Stay. In Addition To The Normal Kitchen Appliances You Will Find A Toaster, Coffee Machine, Microwave, Cooking Utensils, Pots, Pans, China And Much More. In The Dining Area You Will Find A Lovely Table Which Will Seat Four Comfortably. You Will Also Find Barstools Around The Counter For Even More Seating.

The Living Room Has Been Beautifully Furnished With A Full Size Sleeper Sofa, Side Chairs, Tables, Lamps, Ceiling Fan And Large Flat Screen Tv And A Dvd For Entertainment. Wi-fi Has Been Provided For Your Enjoyment And Comfort.

The Master Suite Is Accommodated With A King Size Bed, Comfortable Bed Linens And A Flat Screen Tv. The Master Bathroom Has a gorgeous new tiled walk in shower and Large Countertop. The Sliding Door Opens To The Balcony Where You Can View The Beach Or Listen To The Subtle Sounds Of The Waves Crashing On The Shore.

The Second Bedroom Is Accommodated With A King Size Bed And A Set Of Bunk Beds, Comfortable Linens And A Flat Screen Television. The Bathroom Is A Single Sink And A Shower/tub Combo That Has Been Beautifully Decorated To Flow With The Theme Of The Rest Of #1707.

Not To Be Forgotten Is The Very Private, Oversized Furnished Balcony. From The Living Area, The Sliding Door Opens To The Balcony With Breathtaking Views Of The Gulf Of Mexico. The Private Balcony Is Among The Largest You Will Find In The Area. From The Balcony You Can View The Gulf's Endless Water, Dolphins Jumping, Seagulls Flying, Beach Goers Walking, Parasailing, Boating, Snorkeling And Much, Much More. The Balcony Is Completely Furnished And Provides A Relaxing Area For Enjoying Sunsets, Sunrises, Board Games With Family And Friends And Romantic Dinners. Very relaxing!

Right on the beach, wonderful view of the gulf and sunset, very clean and comfortable. Extra points for having beach toys for children, they were very much appreciated!

The room was great and extremely well accommodated with anything you or your little ones could need for a vacation. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman we spoke too on the phone but he was so polite and helpful and honestly made our experience that much better with answering any questions or concerns we had and even overnighted an item we accidentally left in the room. We will be coming back. The room was well decorated and clean. The balcony was very large and felt safe for our children. I will say the only issue we had would be the short wait time for the elevators. Although we did stay during prime vacation season it wasn’t unbearable just a short wait due to the amount of people. Thank you for treating us well and we will be back.

Reviewer Comments: We usually stay in private homes when we come to PCB but since the grand kids were with us and it was last minute planning, we opted for a condo. I was super happy with the cleanliness (I'm somewhat ocd about it) and the kitchen was very well stocked for any type of cooking you need to do. It was a beautiful part of the beach as well. I do wish there had been more pools/ activities for the kids but over all I would def stay again!

The kitchen had everything we needed. A regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The beds were comfortable. Loved having the two kings and 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed our time sitting on large balcony with beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely rent again.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental itself was fabulous but the location is right on the main strip so be prepared to either walk everywhere or wait up to 30 mins or longer just to pull out from the condo. The parking spaces are way to narrow if you drive anything larger than a box car and the elevators are HORRIBLE, so be prepared to spend most of your “vacation “ waiting for traffic or an elevator ride.

Beautiful

This was a great condo with beautiful views of the ocean. I really enjoyed the oversized balcony with extra seating. All of the added beach supplies were such a thoughtful touch. The included beach chairs rentals were so nice!! We had a great vacation and would definitely come back!

However, one email to Greta's Beach Rentals was all that was required. Their response was immediate and their concern for our vacation was their top priority. They immediately moved us to #1707 Ocean Reef and we couldn't have been more pleased. This unit is stunning! It is so well appointed and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is available in this condo. We used Greta's Beach Rentals last year and I am so glad I returned to them again this year. Their service is impeccable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation condo. We will be returning to PCB again in September and we will once again return to Greta's! Johnny and Riley went above and beyond to ensure our comfort! Service at its best!

Go with Greta for Ocean Reef Condo #1707!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 17th floor, Ocean Reef Condo in PCB was absolutely perfect. Seriously, the other stellar reviews about Greta from Greta's Beach Rentals could not be more accurate. You will not believe how immaculate this home is. A home is exactly what it is, because someone loves it very much. You'll never stay on a lower floor again after this 17th floor view. You will find other patio furniture, or lack of it, very sad after enjoying the perks of this balcony. Greta had everything we needed ready and waiting. Beds are not lumpy, cheap, or ugly , but comfy and dressed in beach themed colors. The wall art and other interesting touches in the home are unique, and coordinate with each other. People have been vocal concerning parking at Ocean Reef. Just review Greta's instructions, follow them, and be patient. You should be fine. We weren't there on a major holiday or anything. Disclaimer: If you don't rent from Greta, all my very true info will not help you. From what I'm told, other agencies are not up to par. So, suit yourself. Be mad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was everything and more!! Beautiful decorations and the bedrooms are so roomy! I was very pleased with the condo. The only complaint I have is the parking is VERY cramped! I had to let everybody out of car before we would park cause once you park it is hard to get out of car without hitting car next to you.
