Tropic winds is a very up to date with the furnishings staff is very friendly and check in is really helpful. This is the place to stay in panama city beach.

Fabulous...repeat...Fabulous

We will be back! Loved the balcony and the free chair rentals. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

July 2016 Stay

This was our first family vaca to PCB and it couldn't have been any better! The condo was beyond our expectations! The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing. We loved watching the dolphins swim in the mornings. We appreciated all the little extras the owners provided-made for a very welcoming and stress free stay. Hands down one of the best condos we've rented. Thanks for your hospitality!

Beautiful Views

We had the most amazing views from our balcony. Our stay was amazing, and hope to return soon. The only tid bit of a downfall to our stay was the parking. Large SUV's are a bit tight in the spaces, but we made it work. Lol.

The room was beautiful we felt like we were at home. We like having the nice patio furniture on the balcony. We sometimes had a difficult time getting back into the room because the numbers on the keypad would stick.

Memorial day weekend stay 2023

The property is amazing, great view, great location, very clean! Id recommend going to the app and screenshotting everything you need to know beforehand bc there was so much information you needed in it and the app kept shutting down.

We had a very comfortable stay. 1904 was decorated beautifully. The balcony was my favorite. It was so spacious that our family stayed out there most of the time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented many apartments. This was one of the best ones. We got excellent instructions before arriving and the apartment was as good as promised. Location was in the best place and it took only minute to get to the beach. Kitchen was very well equipped and apartment was clean and tidy. Wifi worked very fast, beds were king size and there was no noise or other disturbance in apartment. Value of money is excellent and you really should choose this place to stay.

The management company corresponded via email with all necessary information for check-in and departure - no hassles! All the required parking permits and wrist bands were left for us in the condo. Parking designations and rules and regulations on property were clearly communicated. No confusion. We have already booked another week in the same unit - can't wait!

Second stay this summer and disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time this summer we have stayed in this condo, and the condo is superb. Very clean, updated, and wonderfully decorated. There was some controversy with the property manager over the required armbands, which are required for being on the property and using the amenities. Apparently, if you don't reserve the correct amount of armbands for your stay, you must pay extra for them when you arrive. When I booked the room in April, I thought we would need 4 arm bands, we needed 5. Also, if you need more parking passes there is a fee. If you loose your armband there is a fee to replace. None of this additional cost information was in the rental agreement(s) (we stayed on two different occasions), that I signed. Further, the property manager, Mr. Webb, was quite draconian in his dealings with me, which led to a heated debate, and he threatened to throw us off the property, which upset my nine year old daughter who was witnessing all this - over (1) additional armband! All this controversy diminished our stay. My advise is to reserve the maximum amount of armbands allowed to your unit before you arrive, and more parking passes than you think you will need, to avoid having to deal with the property manager during your stay. Also, if you have more than one vehicle in your group, finding an available "green" parking spot is almost impossible. My first stay at this property was wonderful, the second stay was not nearly as pleasant. Also, the pool area is in need of renovations. I will consider other properties for my next stay in this area.

Loved our stay at Tropic Winds. Greta’s was great to work with. Condo was clean and perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony that had comfortable furniture. Full size washer and dryer were a plus. Also really liked the reserved parking that was close to the elevators. No riding round and round a parking garage to find a place to park. We will definitely be using Greta’s for our next beach vacation at PCB.
