Tropic Winds 1904 is an immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, gulf-front penthouse unit! As far as locations go, it doesn't get much better - the complex is situated just west of Hwy 79 on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach close to Pier Park! This spacious condo features all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, high-end furnishings and contemporary beach decor.

The master bedroom sits right on the Gulf and offers a king size bed, private bathroom, and endless panoramic views. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed, plenty of storage space and a connecting bathroom.

Enjoy the upgraded kitchen which offers granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table can seat up to 6 adults comfortably and there is a breakfast bar with 4 additional bar stools. The living room provides a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player. Tropic Winds units boast deeper balconies than most local condominiums providing you with additional living space.

The 10 by 28 oversized balcony offers a large table that can seat up to 4, with wicker chairs and an outdoor sofa and chairs.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

Beautiful Views

We had the most amazing views from our balcony. Our stay was amazing, and hope to return soon. The only tid bit of a downfall to our stay was the parking. Large SUV's are a bit tight in the spaces, but we made it work. Lol.

July 2016 Stay

This was our first family vaca to PCB and it couldn't have been any better! The condo was beyond our expectations! The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing. We loved watching the dolphins swim in the mornings. We appreciated all the little extras the owners provided-made for a very welcoming and stress free stay. Hands down one of the best condos we've rented. Thanks for your hospitality!

The room was beautiful we felt like we were at home. We like having the nice patio furniture on the balcony. We sometimes had a difficult time getting back into the room because the numbers on the keypad would stick.

Second stay this summer and disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time this summer we have stayed in this condo, and the condo is superb. Very clean, updated, and wonderfully decorated. There was some controversy with the property manager over the required armbands, which are required for being on the property and using the amenities. Apparently, if you don't reserve the correct amount of armbands for your stay, you must pay extra for them when you arrive. When I booked the room in April, I thought we would need 4 arm bands, we needed 5. Also, if you need more parking passes there is a fee. If you loose your armband there is a fee to replace. None of this additional cost information was in the rental agreement(s) (we stayed on two different occasions), that I signed. Further, the property manager, Mr. Webb, was quite draconian in his dealings with me, which led to a heated debate, and he threatened to throw us off the property, which upset my nine year old daughter who was witnessing all this - over (1) additional armband! All this controversy diminished our stay. My advise is to reserve the maximum amount of armbands allowed to your unit before you arrive, and more parking passes than you think you will need, to avoid having to deal with the property manager during your stay. Also, if you have more than one vehicle in your group, finding an available "green" parking spot is almost impossible. My first stay at this property was wonderful, the second stay was not nearly as pleasant. Also, the pool area is in need of renovations. I will consider other properties for my next stay in this area.

Loved our stay at Tropic Winds. Greta’s was great to work with. Condo was clean and perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony that had comfortable furniture. Full size washer and dryer were a plus. Also really liked the reserved parking that was close to the elevators. No riding round and round a parking garage to find a place to park. We will definitely be using Greta’s for our next beach vacation at PCB.
