You’ll love this cozy and private mini studio — ideal for couples or remote workers. Just 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach, it features a queen-size bed, fast Wi-Fi, Roku TV, a small table, and a compact kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and drip coffee maker.

Enjoy a charming private tropical patio with a sofa and a futon. The studio has its own private entrance, is pet-friendly, and is located in a quiet area close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The Space
This cozy studio offers full privacy with its own side entrance and is located in a quiet backyard, completely separated from the main house. The front house is occupied by a friendly long-term tenant who is not involved in your stay.

If you need anything, I’m always available and happy to help via VRBO chat or phone. You’ll have full independence with the comfort of knowing help is nearby if needed.

We want you to feel comfortable and welcome during your stay!

Please note there are other residents living in the front house who share the driveway. You will have one designated parking spot on the right side of the driveway, directly in front of the garage. If you’re bringing more than one car, please contact me in advance so I can check availability.

The left side of the driveway belongs to the front house residents and should not be used.

After parking, you’ll see a side walkway with a white fence on your right — this is your private entrance, leading directly to the studio in the backyard.

You’ll have exclusive access to the private patio area, featuring sofas, a cozy futon, and decorative lights that create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. This outdoor space is for guest use only.

Diving trip

This was a great place to stay. Room was very clean and well stocked with everything you needed for your stay. It also had many extras incase you forgot anything. I would recommend this place to and stay here again

Loved our stay

The mini studio was very clean and exactly as described in the photos. Lovely back, private patio. We stayed for a month and the property had all the amenities we needed. Will definitely book the property again. The hosts are on site and available for anything u may need along ur trip. They were gracious and very helpful

We loved having Amy and her husband here. They stayed with us for a month, and they were exceptional! super quiet, reserved, attentive and very friendly. Amy always played with our little dog::zig, and he loved her! We hope they come back one day! It will be a pleasure to host you again!

Comfortable Private Location

This place was very well decorated, clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. The fenced in yard (we have a 5 year old dog) and patio made for a great time of privacy and freedom while eating lunch outside. Jeanette

Great place to weekend.

Very nice mini-suite. Super clean and well thought out. Lots of towels and very spacious bathroom. Neighborhood was rough. No manicured lawns here but location was great for me. Close to stores and main roads. Hosts on site and available. I would stay again.

Don't Make A Highly Expensive Mistake

The property photos and description do not add up to the experience. It's on a very loud, heavy traffic 4-lane road, which combined with the simple single-pane glass windows makes for a 24-hour effect of being right at the curb. The front, side and back yards are an unkempt mess. Open the entry door and you're immediately hit with the powerful smell of mildew. Open a cabinet door and it becomes overwhelming. Understandable that the dishes were dirty (one coffee cup had a prescription pill permanently melted to the inside) since there isn't something so a basic as a sink stopper included. It says there's a toaster oven - there isn't. Another disgusting surprise was a large personal vibrator stored in one of the bed base's drawers. There were gnats constantly flying around us such that trying to catch and kill them out of mid-air was an exercise in futility. The one lone bright spot was the bathroom. It was clean and the shower pressure was strong. Ends up this is a Sarasota thing, which we found out only after leaving to find another place to stay after the first night. It was entirely too depressing and disgusting to stay at this VRBO more than one night. Don't make the same highly expensive mistake we did by believing the ratings, photos and descriptions.

Since your stay, a lot has changed here — we’ve renovated areas, improved processes, and continue to focus on our guests’ well-being. We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Since your stay in early 2024, our property has gone through several important improvements. The backyard, which had been damaged due to a hurricane, has been fully renovated. We added fencing, updated the outdoor area, and included new furniture to create a more pleasant environment for our guests. Regarding the item found in the bed drawer and the cup with residue, we sincerely apologize — that specific drawer had not been opened or checked during the previous cleaning, and since then we’ve reinforced our inspection process. We understand that Sarasota’s subtropical climate can attract insects during certain times of the year. We provide repellent and have implemented additional pest control measures to minimize any inconvenience. Our listing clearly states that we are located near one of Sarasota’s busiest avenues, and the studio is located at the back of the main house, which helps reduce noise. Most of our guests feel comfortable, but we understand that sound sensitivity can vary from person to person. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the bathroom and the shower pressure. We are committed to providing a clean and welcoming space, and your feedback helped us make further improvements. We always strive to keep our descriptions honest and our photos updated to faithfully represent the space, and we continue updating them as improvements are made.
