Would NOT recommend this stay. Once inside it was obvious that it had not been cleaned. Bathrooms (all 4) had filthy floors, and although most of the toilet bowls seemed clean the toilet surfaces were not. All of the floors were covered in dirt, long hair and grime so much so that our feet turned black when walking around the units. Kitchen counters, stove, and sink also needed to be wiped down. There was only one unlaundered dish towel and used sponges in the kitchens.Only one bed in each unit had a full set of sheets! The other beds had only a flat or fitted sheet covering a dirty mattress cover and a twin size comforter (yes, twin - even for queen sized beds). When asked the host said that was how the unit is provided! He did offer to send fitted sheets but when they arrived they were the wrong size. Purchased cleaning wipes and sponges and spent several hours wiping down kitchen surfaces, each bathroom, and major areas of the floor so that it could be used. Then washed all sheets and towels to ensure they were clean and found condoms in the washing machine! Kitchen cabinets were dirty with spilled, used items left behind. At the end of our stay, evidence of mice in the kitchen was seen.This was my first VRBO rental and I relied on the listing, photos and reviews. Would have stayed somewhere else if it had not been so close to Christmas. The unit has lots of space, but cleanliness and proper linens are important. Never again with this host.
