Located a little over a mile from charming Anna Maria Island, Perico Bay Club offers access to the beautiful white sand beaches and to the vibrant city of Bradenton.
This 1200 square foot ground level three bedroom home is the perfect sanctuary for your time on the Gulf Coast.
This well appointed space is equipped with central AC, new washer and dryer, and a fully equipped updated kitchen for your cooking needs.
The primary bedroom has everything you need with a recently renovated bathroom with walk in shower and walk in closet, Queen size bed, TV and of course a water view from your bedroom doors leading to the lanai.
The second guest room features a queen size bed and plenty of closet and drawer space.
The third bedroom also has a queen size bed and both bedrooms have been recently updated. There is a large closet in this bedroom as well. The updated guest bathroom is easy access to the bedrooms.
The living space in this home has a relaxed, coastal style. There is Wifi available throughout with TV's in the living and bedroom spaces. You have access to streaming services or videos on Demand. The living/dining room has full sliding door views of the water and access to the lanai.
On the lanai there is plenty of seating to enjoy the sunset or the many birds that inhabit Perico Bay. There is also a table and chairs to sip your morning coffee or eat your dinner as the sun sets!
Relax and enjoy the heated swimming pool and hot tub just steps from your property. If you want more activities Perico Bay Club has an Olympic size lap pool, newly renovated tennis/pickleball courts, gym with weights and machines, shuffleboard and table tennis. Also available at the Club House is water Aerobics, yoga and other activities.
Explore the Robinson Preserve nature area on the two provided beach cruiser bikes or just walk to the preserve which is close by. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place!

Our family has been coming to Bradenton/Anna Maria Island for decades and just love this area of the Gulf Coast of Florida. The charm of the island and the people that live here are so genuine. The beaches of Anna Maria are the most beautiful, pristine beaches in all of Florida. We love all this area has to offer with the outdoor activities from boating, kayaking, biking and just walking in the sunshine! We are from New England so Anna Maria Island has given our family a respite from the ever changing weather up north. I also am an artist and love to come to Florida to capture the gorgeous tropical colors and also love bird watching as well. My husband is an avid golfer and Florida has lots of beautiful golf courses to enjoy.

We actually came to this area because my parents loved it here and when we visited discovered the unique beauty of Anna Maria Island. We are so grateful that we had this opportunity to live here part of the year.

Perico Bay Club is such a special community of people and we have found many new friends here. It was created around preserve and you can see how thoughtful they were in designing this community keeping the natural beauty in mind and all the bird life that lives in this area. We love our condo and have taken a lot of pride in keeping it a place that we love to visit and hope that others will enjoy it too!
