A Little Bit of Paradise Close to the beautiful Anna Maria Beaches! Decorated with light Floridian colours and a beachside theme, we know that once you stay here you won't want to stay anywhere else again.

The master bedroom features a beautiful white 4 poster bed, with luxurious linens. The guest room is also beautifully appointed. With its split bedroom layout, 2 bathrooms and a walk in closet in each bedroom, all guests have both space and privacy.

Lovely bathrooms which have been recently refurbished. The ensuite features a rainwater shower; the main bathroom has a retro Miami vibe with steampunk faucets and a deep tub!

The dining table extends to seat 6 - the living room has Smart Cable TV, DVD and some books, DVDs and games to enjoy. Kitchen fully equipped. Separate utility room. Workspace too.

Start or end your day with a swim in the pretty pool!

Great location for golf, shopping, restaurants and beaches - we will send you a list so you can settle in really quickly!

Upstairs Brandenton condo

This condo has 16 steps to reach living space upstairs. Needs to have carpets and furniture replaced. Owner is awesome to work with so I’m sure after she is able to return these things will be addressed. Just 5 miles from Anna Maria Island and beaches.

We love this condo!

With a lovely coastal feel, this condo provides a wonderful place for a vacation. Comfy beds with good bed linen, well equipped kitchen, and good pool.

Bradenton Vacation

We spent three weeks at Debbie ‘s condo. It was very comfortable, extremely clean and had a very well stocked kitchen. The complex was secure and beautifully landscaped. The pool was very well maintained with plenty of seating areas. Debbie was an excellent host and added a lot of extra touches to her condo to make our stay five star. Feels like home!

We stayed at Debbie's place around 3 weeks and we enjoyed it a lot. First, we stepped in - it feels like home. Our kids were running around saying, how cozy the place is and they would like to live there. Debbie has everything you need, like your own home. The place is well equipped, very clean and comfy. We loved the decorations in a ocean style. Lots of information about how to spend your time, books, CDs. Great location, close to the stores, beaches are around 10-15 min drive and many restaurants, The swimming pool is in 2 minutes from apartment and very clean with daily maintenance. Overall we had a great time at Debbie's place, we really enjoyed being there!!

Vacation at Bradenton

The property was well equipped maintained and clean and comfortable.The location is also great. Easy access to the beaches and golf courses and resturantes.We had a wonderful time and met many nice people during the month of march.Debbie will answer all your questions and guide you to a nice stay.

Beautiful Condo

Debbie has a beautiful condo that is in the perfect location. Only minutes from the beach. Although I was on a work trip and not vacation, just a wonderful place to come back and relax. Beautifully decorated. Quiet. Debbie is wonderful to work with. Easy communication. Really kept me informed on things going on, such as the hurricane arriving when I was supposed to begin my stay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

A little bit of paradise!!

From the moment we walked through the door it felt like home. Comfortable, relaxing, beautifully furnished and very clean. Everything we could and would need for our stay. My daughter has a little girl of 5 and a baby of 10 months. Debbie kindly provided a travel cot and as we have friends in the area the brought us a high chair and a few baby toys. The baby wasn't crawling when we arrived but a week later she was, so thanks for the stair gate too. (Good thinking Debbie) The beds were so so comfortable & we all slept really well. Great to have the utility room and be able to wash, dry and iron clothes as and when required. It was also lovely to be able take them home clean. There were plenty of towels, bedding etc. Pool towels and beach towels were also provided. The condo is situated minutes away from the pool. The grounds are well maintained and it was reassuring to have gated entry. Shops & restaurants are in walking distance. Beaches are 5 miles (10 minutes) away, down one straight road. We have stayed in the area before and have been coming to Bradenton for 17 years. Our stay at Debbie's condo endorsed once again how much we love this area. We call it our little bit of Paradise! Nice...but disappointed.

First of all...let me say that Debbie is very nice to work with...and if there is a problem ...she is very efficient with getting it solved. But the condo itself was disappointing to us. First of all lots of steps to the condo. This is also a condo with no grilling area in the whole complex. We love grilling out. So that was a problem for us. The third thing that we did not like about the condo is there is no deck or balcony... In order to go out...it was going up and down the 16 steps... You just felt like you were in a box. The security gate was broken quite a few times while we were there. However, they always tried to fix it. There is a cute little building that is attached to the pool...but we weren't allowed in it. The good things about the condo was a very comfortable bed. The mattress was wonderful. Also the condo was in a good location...as far as going to beaches...and if the traffic is good...it doesn't take long. All in all I think it is a personal choice of what you want...it just wasn't a good choice for us.

Bright and Beachy!

The listing was everything it said it was! Weather was fabulous! We enjoyed the pool every much! Met a lot of people! Cocktail hour was great. Got to hear of all the places they visited. Tell of the places we have been! Even tho we won't be returning here, we will come back! Looking to buy our own place. I would recommend this place to anyone. It had everything we needed plus! Very warm and welcoming, it felt like home! We had a great time with Jeff's family! Which we don't get to see often enough! I know they enjoyed having us here. They're only regret is that they had to work and we didn't get enough time to talk! Family joke! Went to the Manatee County Fair with family, Strawberry Festival with family and friends. Many fine restaurants and bars, Clancy's, RJ Gators, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Sonic, Anna Maria's Oyster Bar, Long Horn Texas Steak House, Hooters, Seafood Shack, just before the island. A new find Tide Tables, oh my goodness, also just before going over the bridge to the island. So many restaurants on the island that are on the beach we enjoyed also. St Patrick's Day at Clancy's was a blast! Went to dog track, (we didn't win, but sisters did) which we hadn't been to in years, Ringling Brothers Museum, a first, this is an all day trip. Mote Marine and Museum to see Snooty the manatee. Red Barn flee market and fresh produce. Downtown Bradenton flee market and local vendors and many shops and restaurants. St Armand Circle in Sarasota and all the shops and restaurants. Went with friends to Tervis Tumbler in Sarasota, got Christmas gifts. A couple baseball games at McKechnie Field to see the Detroit Tigers and Pittsburgh Pirates. Went on a sunset dinner cruise with Yacht Starship in Clearwater that our kids got us for Christmas. Then meet up and stayed with a niece and her husband in St Petersburg. Went to First Friday. Which is downtown St Pete, they close off the street and bands play, vendors and restaurants a plenty. Movie theater just down the street which we went to a couple times! There is also a movie theater in the DeSoto Mall that we visited. These are just a few of the places and things we did. With family that has lived here since the early 80's they know all the fun places to go and visit. Ever busy but relaxing time! Enjoyed it very much! Jeff & April Lansing, MI

Feels like home

We have been fortunate to stay here this winter January thru first of April 2015. Hate the thought of going back to the cold! We have had a wonderful stay! Condo is extremely comfortable and decorated very nice with Floridian style! Pool is excellent and only steps from the front door! Without a doubt I would recommend this condo for a great vacation! Debbie was extremely easy to work with!!

Paradise in Bradenton, FL!

We loved our 2 month stay in Debbie & Alan's beautiful 2nd floor condo. The listing description & photos were exactly what we saw when we walked in the door. It was very clean and the unit was decorated in a cozy, beach theme. Debbie was wonderful to work with from the moment we booked until the day we left. She called to follow up with us to see how things were going. Soon we were referring to the unit as our home. Wonderful restaurants and shopping just down the road. We loved the pool area. If you are golfers, there are courses everywhere! Loved the beach only 10 minutes away. Debbie had a great book put together with recommendations. Don't let this Paradise unit slip away. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, Debbie & Alan!

Traveling physical therapist

As a traveling physical therapist I had the opportunity to stay in this lovely condo for 2 months while working a contract in Bradenton. The photos show exactly what you get, a clean and very nicely decorated place to stay with everything you need! The location is great, just a short drive to Anna Maria Island with very beautiful beaches. Debbie was very helpful with any questions/concerns I had and always responded immediately. I highly recommend this condo for any traveling need!

Our home away from home

After a very long and weary drive we arrived to find a beautiful home awaiting us. It was spotless, inviting and homey. The first few days we referred it as ``the condo but after that it was `home`! The master bedroom is lovely and the bed is a dream. Like sleeping on a cloud. Had some of the best sleeps of my life on that bed. The location is conducive to shopping and great dining. One left turn and a short drive down Cortez Road and you`re at the beach. One never tires of walks in the sand and spectacular sunsets. Debbie is very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated the book of suggestions on things to do and see as well as the books available to help identify all the wonderful birds and little critters that call Florida home. The only problem with our stay is that it wasn`t long enough!

Awesome condo in an excellent location!!!

First of all WE LOVE YOUR AWESOME CONDO!!! When we came in, we were sooooo impressed by the whole furniture. We love the ocean theme, which run like a thread through the whole condo. It's amazing here, from the first moment we feel soooo comfortable and we fell in love instantly. The pictures can't even show, how BEAUTIFUL this condo truly is!!! It is really a small paradise, what Debbie and Alan create here in Bradenton! Furthermore Debbie was so helpful with all informations around the condo and leisure activities and she even left us a present here.We are so grateful for all these things! We have to say a big thank you to Debbie and Alan for having us here!!! And it will be awesome to come back as soon as possible.

Home From Home!

We spent a wonderful month at this property. It was everything that it claimed to be and more. The owners could not have been more helpful and repairs and maintenance were carried out quickly and efficiently. We are happy to recommend it to others seeking to escape the winter for the glorious sunshine of Florida.

Christmas on the Beach

Bay Pointe is set in a very pleasant area close to shops & restaurants. Best of all is the simple short trip down to Anna Maria & Longboat Key beaches which are a true delight. The condo is big enough for 4 adults and there is a swimming pool less than 50 yards from the front door.

A Little Gem on the Gulf Coast

Just returned from this truly wonderful Condo. Close to all ammenities and glorious beaches this home must meet even the most discerning travellers requirements. As the Americans would say fully loaded even a Home Theatre System, why go to the movies. Safe and secure property and well maintained. A credit to its British owners. No hesitation to return we had a great time. Thank you Debbie and Alan your description was accurate and the information you provided was spot on.

Honey-over-the-moon!

After many hours tirelessly searching for a reasonably priced condo on the Gulf coast, we quite by chance discovered this little gem! The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating by allowing us to have a two week stay here and email/telephone communications were excellent when finalising all the details. The property itself is set within a private community in well kept grounds, very quiet, yet based right next to a variety of local amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy) so easy to access from the main highway route. Inside, the property is set out as a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen and is well equipped with an excellent range of amenities including a laundry room with large washer and separate dryer. A large, modern entertainment system (flat screen TV, DVD, surround sound, Ipod docking station) is provided along with internet access, all of which we made good use of. The main bedroom offers a clean and tranquil white furnished suite with large flat screen TV and a sumptuous, comfortable 4 poster king sized bed, along with walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also good sized with walk in closet and dressing table, with another bathroom located opposite. Bathrooms are of equal size with bath and overhead shower attachment, sink unit, plus toilet, along with a plentiful supply of hot water and towels. The condo is decorated to a high standard in restful colours with a coastal theme throughout, making it feel clean, bright, relaxing and modern. Air conditioning and fans in every room also help to combat the evening humidity. The complex has a small private heated pool with plenty of sunbeds around the surrounding terrace with shower and toilet facilities and was clean and well maintained. Overall this place felt like a home from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so that we are already arranging to go back next year!! The location of this property is perfect and the surrounding beaches can be reached within a 10 minute drive, all of which are stunning, un-crowded and very clean. We also found numerous other activities such as Botanical gardens, animal sanctuaries and of course the various shopping malls so there is something for everyone, of all ages. We can't recommend this place enough and have totally fallen in love!

Excellent condo in prime location

Rented just over 4 weeks, owners were great and helpful in all aspects of our rental along with good info. Condo was spotlessly clean in a guiet location but so handy for everything!! Anna Maria Island was a slmple 5 min drive for a laid back atmosphere,good food and excellent beaches. Spent most of our vacation on Anna Maria Island and was the main reason for renting the property. A good choice with plenty of superb memories and photographs. With good health and God willing we will be booking again "absolutely loved it"

We live on the South Coast of England close to Poole Harbour. We love our home - but we love to travel to other beautiful places too!

Between us we have travelled most of the world, but this little bit of Florida offers it all! We have been coming here for over 20 years and just keep coming back!

Some days we love to just chill out and go shell hunting on the beautiful beaches, and enjoy the dolphins, birds and manatees. Other times we like to play golf or tennis - and what a choice we have. When we feel like some culture we head for the historic Ringling Museum or Gamble Plantation or any one of the numerous Theatres, comedy clubs and events etc. We can eat fabulous dinners or laid back Floridian fair. And when a bit of shopping is on the list - there are plenty of places to satisfy!

We hope we have created a beautiful, happy, well equipped "home from home" for ourselves - and hope that you will love it as much as we do.

We like to welcome our Guests again and again, so we have done all we can think of to make it special. However, if there is something you would particularly enjoy whilst you are on holiday, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you!

Too many rental properties look tired and unloved - this one is most definitely loved!
