This wonderful, three-story beach house is located on the beach side of 30A and has all the charm you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Seagrove and the quaint atmosphere of Scenic 30-A. 'Always Summer' is a 3+ bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beach home and is perfect for family gatherings/groups of friends and comfortably sleeps 10. It's nicely furnished, affordable, and enjoys a less than 5 minute walk to the family-friendly beach thru quiet streets. After your fill of the ocean, return to the private swimming pool and patio for outdoor relaxing and entertaining. (Note: The pool can be heated during the cooler months for an additional charge of $30/day.)

House includes a lovely first floor living area with 50" flatscreen/DVD and opens to the dining area, side dining porch, and cheery, fully-stocked kitchen with everything you will need. The first floor also includes a queen bedroom and full bath ideal for guests who need to avoid stairs, and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The second floor provides two spacious master suites, giving comfort and privacy to parties vacationing together. Each suite includes a private bath and flatscreen TV/ DVD while the front master suite includes a workspace and opens onto a private balcony, and the back master suite views the pool and also includes a bunk bed.

The third floor 'Tower Room' with half bath can be used as an extra bedroom, game room, kid hang-out, or a place to enjoy a good book on a hot afternoon. Walk onto the 'Observation Deck' for star gazing and long conversations into the summer night!

No matter the season, 'Always Summer' is a great choice for your family vacation! :-D

Please note: We have only have two parking spots on a paved driveway at our home. There is no street parking on our street. A public beach access parking lot is within a 3 minute walk.

Perfect vacation home

Great property for us!

The property is very well kept, had a lot of supplies like handsoap, extra paper products and dish detergent. The beds were very comfortable. The location has perfecr acess to the Eastern Lake beach public beach access. We had multiple families stay in the same area and it was easy to walk to their properties. Ive been going to 30A for over 30 years and it is one of the best properties we have rented. We had a small issue with trash pickup but the host was very helpful and responsive about what we should do. Thanks Gary!

Great for families

We stayed here for our family vacation and it was a perfect house for our two small children. The pool was great and the accessibility to the beach and surrounding towns were great! Gary was always checking in and was very kind. The beds were very comfortable as well. We appreciate the hospitality and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house and area

Great House

We had a great time, and the house is great. The location is a very short walk to the beach, and the heated pool was great to come back to. We had 4 adults and 4 children, and it worked out great. The location is awesome, and we will be back.

Great Family Getaway with Plenty of Space and Amenities!

Our families had a wonderful stay! The house was in great condition, with plenty of space for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). The heated pool was a big hit, with the kids using it daily. The beach was easily walkable, and there were nearby shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and ice cream places—all within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is also conveniently close to Seaside, offering even more shopping and dining options. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place!

Fall Break

House was a great size, we had more than enough room and outdoor areas to enjoy. Great kitchen layout for feeding a crowd. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Pool is well taken care of. Loved that pool towels were provided!! The owner was quick to annswer all my questions before and during our stay.

Spectacular Spring Break

The stay was AMAZING. The house has plenty of space and bathrooms for the number of people it sleeps. The kitchen was stocked for our stay - plenty pots & pans, openers, plates & utensils, and mixing & serving options. All the appliances worked as they should. The pool is nicely partially shaded toward the end of the day with surplus outdoor seating. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to our stay. We didn’t have a single reason to bother him during our stay.

Everything we had hoped for and more!

The house is gorgeous, location is excellent and super close to the beach, and having a private pool with heat was awesome. CommunIcation with host was excellent. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cups, silverware, etc. Would give it six stars if I could. We want to book for next spring break!

We fell in love with Seagrove Beach and the 30A experience on our first family vacation in 2004. Over the years we have made many family memories enjoying the beautiful emerald green waves at our neighborhood beach access, building sand castles, catching crabs, riding bikes through the many scenic neighborhoods, paddle boarding on Western Lake, catching Red Snapper and Grouper on a chartered fishing trip, soaking in the sun on our pool deck, star gazing from our third floor observation deck and eating some of our favorite beach foods like smoked tuna dip or key lime pie!

We chose Always Summer because it fits all the criteria of a perfect vacation home on 30A:

Location
Our home is centrally located on 30A with the beach communities of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach just 5-10 minutes west and Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach just 5-10 minutes to the east. It is easy to enjoy the many unique restaurants, shops, architecture and activities that each of these communities has to offer. If you want to visit Pier Park at Panama City Beach you can drive 25 minutes east or if you want to enjoy the shopping, restaurants and activities of Destin you can get there by driving 30 minutes west.

Beach Access
We wanted a home that would have a short, easy and safe walk to the beach for young children and elderly grandparents. It's just a 5 minute walk from our front door through a quiet neighborhood before you have your feet in the sugar white sand of the Emerald Coast.

Private Pool
We wanted to enjoy the refreshing feel of taking a plunge into a freshwater pool after a day in the salty ocean water. Our pool is truly private with a large pool deck surrounded by a privacy fence and a large green space behind the fence. The pool lights make it possible to enjoy this space even after the sun goes down.

First Floor Bedroom
We wanted to make sure that family members and guests that have difficulty with stairs would have easy access to a bedroom and bathroom.

Quiet Neighborhood
Our home is close to the beach yet hidden in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end road with little traffic.

Large Private Pool Deck
Many homes that boast a private pool have a pool the size of a postage stamp. Our pool and pool deck have plenty of space for everyone and it truly is a private space surrounded by a privacy fence and green space behind the fence.

Lots of Deck Space
With five different porches and deck spaces there is plenty of room for guests to find solitude.
