OTHER INFORMATION
🏡 House Rules
1. Guest must be 24 years old to rent.
2. Guest must E-sign our rental agreement within 48 hours
3. MAX Occupancy of 20 guests. No unregistered guests allowed. Should the number of guests exceed this maximum, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
4. No Street parking allowed.
5. No more than 2 dogs under 50 lb each allowed. If you bring a pet without authorization, you will be charged $1,000. Curbing your dog is required. No dogs on furniture allowed.
6. No Smoking on the property. If any of the guests smoke inside the house, you will be subject to a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.
7. Parties: Large parties with guests not staying on premises is prohibited and subject to a $600.00 additional cleaning fee.
8. No soiled shoes allowed inside the house. Towels for muddy paws are provided. Do not use white towels for dogs.
9. Disclosures: There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the home only for security reasons and to protect our guests and homeowner. In addition, there will be electronic monitoring of excessive noise and smoke.
10. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm through 8:00 am.
