The owners, Tracy and Pat, may occasionally be in the lower suite with their two friendly labradoodles. They may need brief access to the backyard during your stay, but your comfort and privacy are always a priority. Hot tub use will be fully coordinated with you to ensure guests have private, uninterrupted access whenever desired.
We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
This is a non-smoking home.
No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
Please no shoes or pets in the house (unless permission given).
No events or parties are permitted.
Please respect a courtesy quiet hour from 9 pm - 8 am for our neighbors.
Only guests who are on the original booking can access the pool and hot tub. No additional guests to stay overnight.
Pool/Hot Tub Hours 11am-8pm (Remember Hot Tub is open All year long, however Pool is only open from Mid May - End of August. Hot Tub and pool is share with lower occupants when they are occupying unit.
All children must be accompanied when in yard with pool and hot tub. Child proof gates must be fully closed after entry and exit.
No glass in pool area
The owners, Tracy and Pat, may occasionally be in the lower suite with their two friendly labradoodles. For added convenience, our home is designed with guest mobility in mind — featuring main floor living and a flat, wheelchair- and scooter-accessible pathway to the pool and yard.
We believe travel should feel both comfortable and inspiring, so the space is set up for relaxation—a bright open layout, cozy places to read or gather, plus a private deck for morning coffee or evening star-gazing. Rest easy knowing your suite is entirely yours during your stay.
Downstairs, there’s a separate suite where we live whenever we’re not away traveling. This means guests have total privacy upstairs, but we’re close enough to be available if you need recommendations, help, or a friendly chat about what to see and do in the area.
