South Dennis - Conveniently located in the heart of South Dennis this 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath home is the perfect place to spend your summer vacation. This home offers an eat in kitchen, formal living room with gas fireplace as well as a large finished room in the basement for ample indoor entertaining space. Outside you will enjoy the beautiful landscaping, fenced back yard for additional privacy which enjoying your own "beach" complete with sand and fire pit. (Sorry no water access). rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun filled day at one of the many Town owned beaches that are just a short drive way. Washer and Dryer are located in the basement, Central Air Conditioning for those was summer days, patio, grill and WIFI help make this your perfect summer escape! .Living space approximately 1152 square foot.

This rental offers Saturday to Saturday change overs.

Please note, once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Amazing property for family adventures around the lower cape

I can't say enough good things about this property. It has more than ample space for a family of 5 -- without even using the lower level rec rooms. The decor is beachy but tasteful, fully updated, and well-stocked as rental properties go. The TV and WiFi worked great. The outdoor space is phenomenal -- outdoor dining and relaxing space, a separate fire pit with seating area, a hammock, and still room to run. Plenty of parking for 2-3 cars, if needed. We found many activities within a 10 minute drive. Friendly neighbors, too. The A/C did not work for three nights in the middle of our stay. The management company was very responsive and sent someone first thing in the morning to check on things. With indoor temperatures above 82 degrees, we opened the windows and were able to get some relief. We were told the owner was unable to hire an HVAC repairman during our stay.

Even better than expected!

We arrived on Saturday afternoon during very cool and dreary weather; we were excited to find a gas-powered fireplace, until we learned that it gets shut-off in the summer. And we could never get the tv/cable box in the bedroom to work. There, that's all the negative. Overall, this place was perfection! We found it even better than advertised. The pictures on the website listing, particularly the photos of the backyard, do not do it justice. The backyard is a little paradise... beautiful! I spent a lot of time reading on the back patio. Outdoor shower was great. The whole place was extremely clean and beautifully appointed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And the location is just 5 minutes from plazas where you'll find everything from groceries to liquor to take-out. Many thanks!
