Sleeps 5. Fenced private doggie area. Comfortable Queen size beds. Get away from the cold and stay in this recently updated twin home that includes a screened porch with seating area, yard, bikes, ROKU smart TV and WIFI. Mercato new shopping area, movie, Wholefoods Market and restaurants less than 1 mile away!

Sit down and relax after spending a day exploring Naples, fishing at the Pier or laying at the beach. Charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beach home that is cooled with a through the wall ac unit in the living room. Bedroom one is furnished with a queen size bed in one bedroom and bunk beds in the other with queen size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Bathroom with towels and essentials. Also you will save money with the convenience of making your own meals. We offer WIFI, Roku smart TV, and a comfy couch for TV watching
Perfect place for a mini romantic getaway, family trip or a vacation by yourself. The neighborhood is really safe and quiet.

Make sure you make time to watch the sunset at the beach and check out Food and Thought for healthy food and snacks! Old Naples is a must see as well. Dolphins are usually swimming at the beach 1-2 hours before sunset!

I will only interact with guests if needed as I want to respect their privacy. However I still need to do maintenance on the property so depending on the length of stay I may need to mow the lawn or access the shed. Highly responsive to email or text. I will be in Austin, Texas on my ranch :) but you can reach me anytime!

What a weekend!

We flew down from Arkansas to see the Grant Thornton Invitational golf tournament that included stars from the LPGA and the PGA. We loved the event and were only a few miles away. We enjoyed some GREAT Italian food, a nice trip to the beach which was also very close, and some cruising. It was a memorable stay!

The property was clean, had all you need minus food lol. This location was across the street from cemetery, isn't bad if you don't mind being around a cemetery. I slept good nice and quite, neighbors didn't make noise. Backyard was well kept. I would stay again. Awesome communication with host via VRBO app.

To clarify, there is no cemetery across the street....the guest was talking about another rental we have, not this one. The guest needed a larger rental for her family and was relocated, but the site made a mistake and sent the review to the wrong listing.

Weekend getaway with a friend

We arrived on Thursday morning and were allowed to leave the car, quickly change our clothes and head to the beach before check-in at 4pm. THANK YOU!!!! Although we did not plan appropriately for our walk to the beach, the neighborhood is very quiet and the beach was nice. The townhouse is just as pictured and VERY well kept.

Just as described online

This property was just as described online. It was pretty and clean and in a safe neighborhood. Check in was very easy. The host is very quick to respond. We had everything we needed in the house. We had no problems with any appliances. This is the perfect place for around 4 guests. All at a great price, too.

Some minor inconveniences.

Overall a good location for what we planned. Some disappointments with items that were asked about prior (mentioned in a previous review) to our booking. Batteries out in fan remote (only light for room). Filter on fridge wasn't changed so icemaker would not work, master bedroom had no rod to hang clothes (mounts there but no rod).

Disappointed

Not up to expectation for the price….. Remote controlled lights/fans came on by themselves _ numerous times in the middle of the night, didn’t stay on when turned on, wouldn’t stay off when turned off, etc. Very aggravating!, Battery dead in one of the light/fan remotes. No shelving or hang rods in master closet 4 miserable forks & no table knives in kitchen. Deadbolt on door did not work Kitchen light bulbs were burned out (we replaced)

Misleading Property

The pictures of the rental looked like it would be a good place to stay. With a rating of 4.7 stars and being a premier host I was confident in my decision to stay in this rental. Unfortunately, we arrived at the location and the front door was wide open, we gather to try and get out the musty, mildew, fish smell that was inside. The AC window unit in the living room looked newer than the at least 10 year old window units in the bedrooms. It was also 83 degrees in the home when we arrived due to the door being wide open. The window units in the bedroom looked like the insides haven’t been cleaned in a long time and it looked like there may have been mold/dust in them. My mother and I have Asthma, so we could not stay at the rental for fear of getting sick. Other than those issues the place was clean and had new kitchen appliances. Also if you happen to have back problems I would recommend booking another place because the beds were also very old and the couch was completely broken. We booked a hotel and just ate the cost so we could have a comfortable place to sleep. Not, not recommending but just know what you are booking. The reviews were misleading.

BEWARE: THIS GUESTS WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND LIED ABOUT OUR RENTAL. Please read other reviews for an accurate representation of our vacation rental. The AC units are only couple years old and they work great. The rental gets professionally cleaned the day you arrive and the cleaners are usually there until couple hours before your arrival.

Needs serious attention

First impression was not good as you will need a 10 digit code to enter the apartment every time without the option to unlock the door or use a key. The apartment was generally clean but very run down: -The couch in the living room was uncomfortable and you could feel the coils. You will not want to watch TV here. -The bathroom had no hot water in the sink and only luke warm water in the shower. - the shelving in the medicine cabinet was broken and there's no place to store your toiletries. - The shelving in the master bedroom closet was broken making it difficult to store clothes - The end table in the master bedroom was chewed up and looks horrible, revealing the particle board furniture. - We had an issue with pests, making me wonder about the overall cleanliness of this place. On a positive note the owner was responsive and quickly refunded us due to our dissatisfaction. With a few thousand dollar investment this place could be brought back to life, but in its current condition and for the price there are far superior accommodations.

Our lock provide a safe code for each guest, We make sure our rental is professionally cleaned and properly disinfected for all guest. Our TV has cable and we also provide internet. We had someone inspect the water and we do have proper hot and cold water. Both bedrooms are equipped with a closet to store your belongings. We do our 100% to make sure all our guests are satisfied and have a nice stay while in Naples.

Great all around!

Came to the area for a Conference and I am grateful I found this place. The owner was accompanying and the place was very clean. Regretfully, we didn't get a chance to ride the bikes.... next time. Great location. Close to Tader Joe's and Dunkin Donuts for our morning coffee.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect location to get to the beach, shopping and restaurants! Property was neat , clean and had all necessary supplies! Just what we needed for a quick visit with family!

Quick visit to check on father

The property was only a mile from the beach and we rode the bike provided which was a wonderful perk to have . The restaurant and shopping at Mercato place were incredible and also in walking distant. The house is very very small . The kitchen supplies were great . My only complaint was the furniture in the living room . The couch desperately needs replaced as do the mattresses in the bedrooms.:very uncomfortable and very worn . The beach towels and baths towels were great!! I would stay here again for sure

Easy access to great beaches

The house was easy to find, very clean and very well stocked with kitchen equipment, beach accessories, and we enjoyed the use of the bikes. The only down fall was the neighbors next door played their music loudly for multiple hours at a time.
