Jessica was an excellent host. She answered all our questions quickly. Unfortunately she didn't have control over the weather. The first few days of our stay was very chilly! But, the pool table gave us something to do when we didn't want to go outside! We loved the layout of the house and especially the screened in porch. The neighborhood was quiet except New Year's Eve. We could see some of the fireworks and heard all the the explosions. Very enjoyable.

We had an EXCELLENT stay at this waterfront home while traveling to Fort Myers for my son’s football tournament. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything worked perfectly from start to finish. You can tell the hosts take great pride in the home.The host was FANTASTIC — very responsive, friendly, and accommodating, which made the stay completely stress-free.One of the highlights was the waterfront view. Enjoying morning coffee by the water while catching up on a bit of work during the holiday break was truly special. Peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what you hope for when booking a waterfront property.The location is IDEAL. Grocery stores are just minutes away, making it very convenient, and downtown Fort Myers is only about a 7-minute drive, with excellent restaurants and great spots to explore in the evenings.The kitchen was amazing — well equipped and perfect for meals at home. The pool table was a fun bonus and a great way to unwind after long days at the tournament.Overall, this home delivered on every level: cleanliness, comfort, location, and views. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Myers.

Jessica is a fantastic host. We stayed for a month at this property and couldn't have been more pleased. The home is completely remodeled and sits on a channel with a beautiful lanai and dock for relaxing in the sun. The rear of the home faces West so there is abundant sunshine that radiates through the home in the afternoon. The home was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils etc.. Very clean throughout. Very large open floor plan with a great island in the kitchen and well appointed furniture for plenty of seating/lounging/socializing with friends and family. The pool table was a lot of fun in the evenings and a nice touch. Bedding and furniture were extremely comfortable and the TV's in every room made the stay feel like home. The bathrooms were large with spa like showers and dual sinks. Again, very clean and plenty of towels etc. for you and guests. Very quiet and peaceful community and close to shopping and restaurants. Everything is just a 10-30 minute drive. . There is a Publix 5 minutes away for groceries. Jessica was very flexible when we were able to arrive a little earlier than planned. Would recommend this home to any couple or family that wants privacy, a great work space if you need to check in with the office, and overall experience.

From the moment we arrived at Golden Hour Getaway, we knew we had found something truly special. The home is beautifully renovated, with modern touches that blend seamlessly with cozy, inviting spaces. The waterfront views are absolutely breathtaking — every morning we stepped out onto the patio and felt like we were in a postcard.Inside, the amenities are top-notch. The full kitchen is stocked and well organized, making it easy to whip up anything from a quick brunch to a fancy dinner. The air conditioning works perfectly (essential in Southwest Florida!), and the washer/dryer combo made our stay so much more convenient. Comfortable furnishings throughout made it a joy to relax indoors.Speaking of which, the location is ideal. You get the tranquility of being close to nature and water, while still being just minutes away from the charm and conveniences of downtown Fort Myers. Highlights like the Edison & Ford Winter Estates and nearby shopping are just a short drive away.What truly elevated our stay was how seamless everything felt. From parking and access, to checking in, to knowing we were in a place cared for by hosts who clearly value quality and guest experience. This is the kind of retreat you book knowing that your stay will be comfortable, and leave wanting to come back.If you’re looking for a place that combines peaceful waterfront charm, modern comforts, and a prime location to explore the Fort Myers area, Golden Hour Getaway is an absolute gem.
