Welcome to our beautiful Seaside Villa Coral Point, which was completely renovated in 2023. The villa has been repainted inside and out and completely refurnished. The villa has a perfect location with south exposure overlooking the canal and the opposite mangroves. So privacy is guaranteed here. In just a few minutes you can reach the open river by boat. From the pool area, the great location is further enhanced by the large heated saltwater pool. The sunsets can be admired here especially well from the heated whirlpool or the lounging area in the pool.

Those who don't feel like cooling off can enjoy the spacious pool area with family and friends under the covered and shaded seating area, and in the evening use the gas grill to prepare dinner.

The interior of Seaside Villa Coral Point also leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen has a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser and there is seating for up to 8 people in the dining area, as well as 4 chaise lounges at the breakfast bar. For coffee lovers, there is a regular filter coffee maker and additionally a Nespresso Vertuo.

The open and modern living area with high ceilings is equipped with two armchairs and a sofa with otomanes as well as a high-quality 75 "Smart TV. A Sonos soundbar provides the appropriate sound.

From here, the stairs lead to the separately located master bedroom upstairs, which is equipped with a king size bed and also a 50" Smart TV (Programs via Roku and Samsung TV). The highlight is the private balcony with a wonderful view of the River and the mangroves. The directly adjacent modern master bathroom has two vanities, a walk-in shower and a separate lockable toilet.

The second master bedroom on the first floor is also equipped with a 55" Smart TV (Programs via Roku and Samsung TV), offers direct access to the pool area and has a king size bed. The directly adjoining master bathroom is equipped with two vanities and the separately lockable shower and toilet.

The third bedroom with direct access to the pool is equipped with a queen size bed and without TV, but with a desk. In front of it, but not directly connected to the bedroom, is the third bathroom with access to the pool with vanity, toilet and shower.
The fourth bedroom has no TV, but it has a bunk bed with two single beds.

There is a high chair and travel cot for the little ones and pool toys & floats and board games for the slightly older ones. For the trip to the beach there are still two beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
