The apartment has lake views and the property includes 70 feet of private sandy beach frontage on Portage Lake. There are kayaks and life jackets available for guests to use. The location is in the center of Onekama village with shops and restaurants in both directions. This is in a three plex building. The beach is only shared with the other two units. There are firepits on the sand to use at night and kayaks and life jackets for the day. The trundle bed/sleeper sofa is high quality!
The apartment is a 1-bedroom middle unit of a single-story building with 3 apartments total. The property was recently purchased and beautifully refurnished. The property includes:
- The entrance to the apartment is from the driveway.
- The living room is L shaped and has a pull-out couch at one end and a reclining leather couch and new TV and the other end.
- There is a dining room with 4 chairs
- The kitchen has full sized appliances.
- The bedroom has 2 closets.
- The bathroom has a stand-up shower.
- The property includes two other apartments.
- The private beach is exclusively for the guests of the 3 apartments on the property.
- The beach has two firepits. The firepits and 70-foot lake access beach are shared only with the other apartments at this location. This is a private beach (not a public beach) which is hard to find on Portage Lake!
