This brand-new basement suite is spotlessly clean, bright, and inviting. You’ll enjoy complete privacy, as the suite is entirely separate from the upstairs guests—no shared access at all. The space is cozy, warm, and comfortable, designed so that every time you step inside, you’ll want to stay.
This is a fully legal basement suite with its own heating, ventilation, temperature control, smoke protection, and sound attenuation between floors. You’ll also have a private entrance. While the suite is well-insulated, you may occasionally hear normal basement sounds.
Entire space is yours to enjoy. Enter along the right hand side of the house, through the paved path. Your private entrance is labelled as 1077B.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: There will be a $50/ guest/night for any unauthorized guest up to the listing limit (4 guests total). Any guest over that will be charged $90/guest/night.
LATE CHECKOUT: For any unauthorized late checkout, there will be a fee of $1 per minute applied to your account to cover the delay of our cleaners House Rules: 1. No smoking inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas if needed. 2. No pets allowed. 3. No parties or events—we aim to keep the space peaceful for all guests and neighbors. 4. Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. 5. Maximum occupancy: Only the guests listed in the booking are allowed. 6. Check-in & Check-out: Please follow the scheduled times to ensure smooth preparation for all guests. 7. Respect the space: Treat our home as you would your own. Report any damages immediately. 8. Garbage & recycling: Kindly dispose of trash in the designated bins placed outside the door. 9. Shoes off inside (appreciated for keeping the space clean). 10. Safety first: Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
