The Space:

Please note that the property is located in a lively and central area, close to restaurants, cafés, bars, and local attractions. This makes it easy to enjoy the best of San Juan, but guests may occasionally experience city noise, especially during evenings or weekends.



Puerto Rico may also experience temporary power or utility interruptions due to circumstances outside our control. If this occurs, some services such as WiFi or A/C may take a short time to fully restart once power returns. Our team will always do its best to assist and provide updates when needed.



Guest Access:

Access to the building is through a black gated entrance with a keypad. Once inside, take the stairs up to the third floor, where the apartment is located. Please note that the elevator is currently out of service, so guests must use the stairs.

Please note that Puerto Rico may occasionally experience power outages due to circumstances outside our control. These situations can affect homes, vacation rentals, businesses, and hotels across the island.



While we are not responsible for utility interruptions, our team will always do its best to assist guests and provide updates whenever possible.
