Additionally, Puerto Rico occasionally experiences unexpected power outages due to island-wide infrastructure issues beyond our control. While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, there may be instances during your visit when a power outage occurs. In some cases, services such as the internet or air conditioning may take time to fully restore once power returns. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen.

1 - Check-out time: Before 11:00 am unless agreed otherwise.
2- Check-in time: After 3:00 pm unless agreed otherwise.
2 - Leave the apartment organized.
(The city trash container is outside up the block)
3 - Leave A/C ON and turn off the lights.
4 - Lock the apartment door with the keypad button.
5- Do not throw face wipes, towels or anything that is not toilet paper. This will damage the pipes and flood the apartment.
6- Do not shower with sand on your body. Too much sand can damage the pipes due to the salt and density. Please try to clean as best as possible before entering the property.
7- We understand that you are on vacation but please do not shout and make loud music noises at late night hours. Is a residential area and is important to respect the community.
8- Any type of smoking is prohibited. Not all guests like the smell of smoking and can affect the experience of future guests.
9- We are a local company and we work every day to make your experience a good one, help us in not damaging the towels. They are very expensive and we want a clean environment for you and future guests.
10-Working hours is from 8AM-10PM

Pets Policy:
We take great pride in maintaining our property to ensure it`s in the best condition for all our guests.
While we love pets, they are not allowed on the property to maintain a safe and allergy-free environment for everyone. If you have received prior authorization to bring a service animal, a $100 fee will apply. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required to keep the space fresh and well-maintained for future guests.

Apartment is a top address in San Juan! Ideally located, very quiet, 10 mins to the beach and tons of restaurants around. Room with high ceiling and very quiet, we loved it. Elevator still not running but worth the 3 floors. We will retain for next time in PR

Host was excellent. The apartment was beautifully renovated. I'm awarding 5 stars because the host mentioned that the elevator was scheduled to be fixed after our departure, so be advised that if it is not repaired, this is a 4th story penthouse that is a walk-up.

The place is in a good location except for the parking that could be a big issue. The unit does not have its own parking. You have to park on the street. Another issue we had was San Juan is in an emergency situation with Water. We were out of water for several days at the unit. No way to take a shower no way to flush the toilet. The management company did not offer any assistance other than they would give us 20% off on the days that we didn’t have water which was crazy. Dishwasher did not work. Big brown spot on the couch not sure what that was and one of the kitchen drawers was broken in the kitchen. The water would not get hot enough due to the fact the showerhead comes out of the ceiling and the ceilings are rather high and so the time it gets to you from the showerhead it’s not that hot. Disappointed, not knowing that the city of San Juan was in a national emergency with Water. No one ever told us that there was a possibility that there would not be any water and the place does not have a cistern. This water situation has been going on for months. Elevator is working but was very dirty. There was very lighting in hallway to elevator on first floor. The unit itself is updated and very nice. Easy access to supermarket, Starbucks and many restaurants near by. I think once San Juan gets the water situation corrected it will be an awesome place to stay.

Apartment is in a desirable location next to shops local bars , restaurants and a grocery store with everything you need. Few things. The master bedroom main light did not work , there was an ant pile inter nightstand in master also. The water pressure when showering is really low compared to the sinks. That’s makes showering after beach days more difficult. When communicating to the hose about my issues I didn’t get a direct response or anyone to come and fix. It seems that’s the responses are automated. Still good enough for 4 stars o world come again should these things be addressed.

There are shops and stores within walking distance. Seems like they're in beginning stages of rental as there were only two forks for four of us, shampoo bottles etc on floor of shower, master room water didn't get hot, kitchen water didn't get cold, difficult street parking, incorrect listing on working elevator - and the location is on fourth floor! incorrect code instructions, you press * not #, gate hard to open. Simple things that could be made more comfortable. I'm sure they'll make adjustments as they get feedback.
