We enjoyed our stay, plenty of space for kids. We arrived a little early and access was given so kids could use the bathroom. Definitely will stay again.

Great stay in Pigeon Forge. This property is close to everything and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. The property was well decorated and comfortable. Tracy was great to work with and accommodated our request to check in early. 10/10 we would definitely recommend.

Plenty of room for entire family kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The location is close to attractions. Did find it annoying with the loud construction noise ongoing during the week and no shade when using the outdoor patios.

Thank you for staying with us! We’re glad the home worked well for your family and that the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We understand that nearby construction noise can be disruptive, which is why the ongoing neighborhood construction is disclosed in the listing and rental agreement, so guests can factor it into their plans. Both the front and back decks are covered, although depending on the time of day and angle of the sun, portions of the decks can still receive direct sunlight. This home is beautiful. Very comfortable. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Plenty of games around to keep everyone happy.We would highly recommend this property.Tracy was very responsive to all my questions and the process for the rental.Our pets felt very at home here also.

We loved our stay! Beautiful home, very clean!! The host got back with me very fast when i had a question! The pool wasnt warm as i thought it would be but my 2 older kids loved it! My youngest it was to cold for her but she enjoyed the hottub with me! I definitely recommend 10/10 !!

He had an amazing time at this property. It was so beautiful. The house was very clean. Tracy was very communicative the entire time and helped us along with any questions that we had. My children enjoyed the games, and the pool so much. We were very close to town, which made it really easy to get to all of the spots we wanted to visit. We will definitely be back.

The host communicates very well with you. This property is beautiful & very well equipped with everything you will need. They provided pool towels and everything you need in the kitchen minus spices. It has a big kitchen and lots of seating. The bedrooms are a good size and all the rooms have in suite bathrooms along with a powder room on the main floor. My grandson loved the pool as well as us adults loved the hot tub. When it was raining we had so much to still do in the house from the arcade games to board games and don’t forget about foosball. The one thing that I would suggest would be to bring lots of mosquito spray if you want to sit of the balconies. There is a lot of standing water from the hot tub’s overflowing when everyone is in it. I suggest putting screens on the balconies so you can sit outside by the hot tub’s overflowing or the main floor balcony for when you grill out and eat at the picnic table. Other than that you can’t go wrong staying here.
