Furry friends are welcome with an additional fee of $25 per night. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 2) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each stay. Please crate your pet if you are leaving them alone in the property to avoid damages. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outside at the property.

PLEASE NOTE: While you'll be staying in your own private condo, the building is shared with other residents-including neighbors below, above and on one side of you. You may occasionally hear everyday sounds like footsteps in the hallway or a dog barking nearby. We kindly ask that you be mindful of noise and considerate of those around you—just as we hope they’ll be for you!
FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents. If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning!
SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because we care for our property deeply.
ALLERGIES: This is a pet-friendly home. We perform a thorough deep clean between each stay, however guests with pet allergies or sensitivities should consider this when booking.
HOUSE RULES: 1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken.
2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have outside security cameras for the safety and protection of our property and to monitor guest count.
3- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with a nightly fee of $25. Dogs may not be left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. There is a $50 poop scooping fee if poop fairy has to clean up any messes left behind. Please clean up after your fur babies.
4- There is a $25 per hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared.
5- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us.
6- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking.
7- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. There is a $150 fine for breaking this rule.

We had a great stay! The property had nice decor and felt very safe. The location was nice. The rooms were comfy and the property was friendly for our 4 year old and 8 month old. It was also very accommodating for our pets there were dog bowls provided. Love this place and would defiantly come back.

Unit felt very spacious - 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom plus a 3rd half bath downstairs. Great kitchen amenities provided including many spices, coffee beans and grinder, etc. Host was very responsive via both VRBO email and text when we had any questions. Easy access to TRAX station 900 South which is 3 stops from Downtown. We had a great stay!

The accommodations were homey and comfortable. Home decor included a lot of cool antiques Nice kitchen, well stocked, especially if you will be preparing some meals. Things that I always appreciate like nice towels and good quality toilet paper, a soaking tub, great shower, and plenty of hot water. The bidet gets 5 stars. There were some glitches with the app to open the garage gate. So of 6 nights we were only able to access the garage parking once. Would recommend the property whole heartedly overall, and will file the VRBO description to rent again when visiting SLC.
