Welcome to Ruby’s Lakehouse, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin set on the peaceful shores of Douglas Lake. With sweeping mountain views, year-round lake access, and seasonal dock availability, this retreat is perfect for water lovers and families seeking both relaxation and adventure.



Relax & Enjoy

Spend your mornings with coffee on the back balcony, your afternoons out on the private boat ramp and dock (seasonal March–September), and your evenings gathered around the fire pit overlooking the lake. Inside, cozy up by the gas fireplace, host movie nights on the flat-screen TV, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. For outdoor dining, fire up the gas grill and enjoy a meal with stunning lake and mountain views.

This was my fourth stay at Ruby’s. It felt like coming home! As always we had a great time, relaxing in the lake, sitting by the fire pit and just enjoying the sounds of birds while sitting on the deck.There were a few small things that need addressing…downstairs bathroom sink stopper is broken,the lighter on the grill didn’t work, and there was a weird smell upstairs.Believe me, these small things didn’t stop us from having a great time. Ruby’s will always be my go to place in Sevierville!

Cozy and comfortable. Had a ramp beside house to launch are boat which was very convenient, others in the neighborhood were also launching boats there. The boat dock was small but held are 21ft boat easily. The only issue we had was the lake went down a foot on the first night we were there so we had to extend the cables holding the dock to keep it floating. Wasnt expecting the lake to start draining at the first of August, but no big deal. My son caught a few fish from the shoreline. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place

This was our first stay here and we loved it. The lake is beautiful and right outside your back door. The house is exactly as described. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place!!

My family loved this lakeside cabin! Very clean and we loved the rustic cabin feel. My wife and I had coffee every morning on the dock..so peaceful. We were dropping our daughter off at UT which is under an hour and an easy drive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Our stay at Rubys cabin.

The cabin was great. We had a wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the scenery and listening to the birds. We also did many other activities in the pigeon Forge Gatlinburg area. All in all it was a wonderful trip!

Lovely Mini-Vacation

Cabin was beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, all amenities were acceptable. Only drawback was the roads we had to drive to get to the cabin. Lots and lots of twists and turns, to be expected in Sevierville, but did not expect this when going to the lake.

Peaceful vacation!

Very cozy, well equipped cabin. Everything you need for a enjoyable vacation. A few minor things….had to sweep the cobwebs from the stairway and deck, poison ivy in yard… All questions were answered very quickly by management company.
