Up in the gated Oak Shores community, this home faces straight out over Lake Nacimiento — blue water below, oak-covered ridgelines beyond, and a deck angled to take it all in from first coffee through last light. Oak Shores is private and staffed year-round, and guests get access to what sits inside it — two four-lane launch ramps and a marina tucked into a protected cove, a seasonal pool and separate kids' pool with a shade deck overlooking the water, a 4,800-square-foot clubhouse, an 18-hole mini golf course, a playground, a pickleball court, and picnic tables under the oaks. On a summer morning, that means launching from the community ramp instead of idling in line at a public one.

The lake earns the drive. Locals call it the Dragon for its shape — long, narrow, and branching into hundreds of coves and inlets across 165 miles of shoreline, plenty of them worth a whole day. Largemouth and smallmouth bass, white bass, crappie, catfish and bluegill are all in there, and summer water temperatures sit in the mid-70s. When you want pavement under you again, downtown Paso Robles and the surrounding wine country are about forty minutes southeast, roughly twenty-five miles of good road through the foothills.

Parking Details:
- Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.
- At the house itself, there is room for 2 vehicles, one boat.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
