You will see the lake from every room in this house! Nautical dreams come true in this comfortable, completely remodeled, waterfront get away. The dreamy deck expands the length of your house overlooking a boat lovers paradise. You’ll find 5 sliding glass doors, all leading out to your private deck with an unobstructed, 180 degree view of “the dragon”. Both master suites adorn their own baths making your stay private and comfortable. The open floor plan offers a great room for family gatherings and all new, fabulous kitchen with granite to prepare the catch of the day. You’ll find it hard to leave this stunning, magnificent waterfront boat house.

All Lakefront at LandsEnd cabins are fully furnished with a full kitchen, spacious decks with incredible lake views, Propane provided BBQs and shared boat docks. Each unit will have a flat screen Digital Satellite TV, WiFi, Blankets, bedspreads and pillows.

There are no pets allowed.

Day guests are not allowed above capacity of the home.

Vehicle, Boat and Watercraft Information:

We do not have a launching facility. Launching at LandsEnd is prohibited.

Due to limited parking we must strictly enforce the number of vehicles allowed at Boat House to 2. If you are bringing a boat or watercraft, prior to check in, you will need to launch it at Lake Nacimiento Resort and Marina and then drive the boat over to one of our private boat docks at LandsEnd. A map is available upon request. There is no room to maneuver or park a boat/watercraft trailer at LandsEnd, so trailers of any kind are not allowed on the property. We recommend parking your trailer at the Resort/Marina. Please note that LandEnd is in no way responsible for your trailer while at the Resort/Marina. Launching and trailer parking fees will apply through Lake Nacimiento Resort and Marina.

If you’ve been on mussel-infested waterbodies (i.e. Lake Castaic, Pyramid and Piru) within the last 30 days you will not be permitted to launch. Sacramento- San Joaquin Delta and San Luis Reservoir have been added to the list!

Boat Docks at Property:

Lake water level is regularly fluctuating, the dock assigned to Boat House is dock 2. It is located just inside our cove towards the front of the property, just down hill from Water’s Edge (Unit 4). This dock is accessed by walking down an uneven dirt path/trail. For a more current description please message us.

Note – Only one watercraft or boat per unit can be stored at our docks. If you have more than one watercraft, you must first talk to management to see if there is room for an additional craft.

IMPORTANT Information –After reserving you will be sent a link (via message or email) to sign our Renter Agreement. This will be required before you are given entry to the property.
Before your arrival to the property, you will receive an email from Lakefront at LandsEnd that will provide you with additional information about your stay. Be sure to keep a lookout for the email as sometimes it can go into the spam folder. If you do not receive the email within 5 days of your stay, please contact LandsEnd. Enjoy your stay!

Great family fun

The boat house had great views of the lake from every room. The lake was clean but cold, which did not stop the kids from jumping in repeatedly from the dock. The fishing was fun and the boat traffic was minimal. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic! The home was spotless, everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The view was the best we have ever had! LOVE having our own private dock. The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the location was perfect—could not ask for a better location for the lake.n The host went above and beyond with clear communication and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We would absolutely recommend this property and hope to come back soon!

Lands end Boathouse #2

We enjoyed the secluded house on the water. The kids enjoyed all the DVDs and games there were to offer. Great hiking trails on the property. Lots of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and amenities!

We rented four of the houses and everyone loved the location and houses. You can't beat the location, private docks, beachfront, and ability to be all together for larger groups. The house were well appointed and came stocked with all you needed for cooking and enjoying the stay. The balconies were great to take in the empty lake early morning and sunset. Definitely will be going back!

Great location; would book again

Myself, my husband and 2 year old stayed with our friends who also have a 2 year old for a long weekend because our husbands had a fishing tournament at Lake Naci. The location is right on the water. You honestly couldn't ask for a better location. The neighbors/house manager are super friendly. You feel very safe in the area. The only downfall is that you need to bring your own sheets & towels. It's kind of a bummer that you need to make 4 different beds when you arrive on your vacation. But once that is done, it's honestly pretty nice being in your own sheets. So it has its pluses and minuses! And it won't deter us from booking again :)

Stunning!

The property was simply stunning. 180 degree views of the lake. A wall of glass faces south east so the sun comes up over the water, but not straight into your face. Huge deck, plenty of seating options. Kitchen well stocked and there was a new TV which allowed screen mirroring to watch a movie from my phone. Wifi worked great. Everything was perfect. We booked our next trip there before we checked out!

Great Lake front home

This was a wonderful experience in a nicely kept home in a gorgeous location. The kitchen was well stocked with basics, the home was clean, cute and comfortable. The dock for our boat was well taken care of as well. The property manager was kind and quick to respond when I had a question. We plan to rent again. The only negatives are bringing your own towels and bedding.

We were looking for a place right on the lake for easy access to our boat. The boathouse was perfect. Great views from every window. A spacious deck with comfortable seating. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. We will stay here again!

Great Lake House!!!

We booked our trip very last minute after the Labor Day Rush and were happy Landsend was available. What a great experience. We stayed in the Boat House which is very clear its been newly renovated and what a fantastic place. There was plenty of room for us, party of 3 but it could of accommodated for more. Very cozy and relaxing. We brought our own boat and the boat docks are conveniently located near the houses but with the lake being so low it is a bit of a schlep to get to them. But, Mark was beyond helpful and was always available when we called for a ride down to the docks. We had a great time wake-boarding, water skiing and tubing. Being that it was after Labor Day the lake was empty and it was absolutely glorious, so much so that we ended up extending our stay by a night. We look forward to returning and bringing friends to book the other houses.

My family has been going to Naci for almost twenty years now. We love to boat and fish the lake and have not missed a year in all this time, even with the lake level down. The water level this year was better than last. We loved Boathouse #2. It was very comfortable in every way and had a great deck and view. The caretakers were very responsive to any questions or needs and the use of the boat dock was very handy and easy. As Arnold said, “We’ll be back!”

Our property backs up to county owned undeveloped land so when you look across or south on the lake you see nothing but water, beautiful trees, wildlife and no other house in sight. So while you are secluded on the land, you could not be more centrally located on the lake. Our peninsula is centrally located on the lake between the marina and Oak Shores. Jump on your boat from our private docks and you are instantly fishing on the area known for some of the best White Bass fishing on the lake or go for a ski ride on the slalom course or enjoy any one of numerous water sports activities on the lake.
