Cabin Rules
Security is provided via outdoor security cameras and do NOT permit the following at any time.
*No smoking/vaping inside of property.
*No fireworks permitted
*No parties

Must be 25 to rent, and the person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soaps, and basic seasonings will be provided for your stay. The cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer (on both floors), towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills and connected directly to the main cabin propane. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent fires.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)

You will be required to sign a rental agreement, which will require you to upload your license.

A $1500 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure, pending no damages or missing items. As an alternative, you can choose to purchase Damage Protection Insurance for a premium of $59. In that case, no security deposit is required.

Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.

Please note that this is a forested area, and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. We will notify you if there is a burn ban in place.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow / Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for over 200 Mbps Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your internet service. Hochatown infrastructure is also still rural and hasn't caught up to big city infrastructure. The area does, on rare occasions, have power outages that are out of our control. We do not refund for temporary power outages.

It does occasionally snow in Hochatown. We encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance if they are concerned about their travel plans. Refunds are not provided for weather-related issues, including storms, rain, or other acts of nature.
