Plenty of space for your family and more! This custom home over the ridgeline within the highly sought after community of Eagles Nest in Banner Elk NC, offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests for your mountain getaway.

Sip a cup of coffee or tea in the expansive living room by the gas fireplace. Overhead find tongue and groove accented vaulted ceilings and natural light that carries throughout the home.

Find everything you need in the modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and both drip and pod style coffeemakers.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this property.
- Firewood for the firepit may be added more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are required for winter months.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Please note that the community of Eagles Nest has construction going on. Due to how sound travels, during weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development's roads.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
