Wake up to stunning sunrise over the golf course and lake in this three bedroom plus game room,three bathroom, 2800 square foot single level home on the lake. It's in the middle of Scottsdale, 15 minutes from the airport, yet tranquil with the feel of a wooded getaway. This home comfortably sleeps six, it is pet free and smoke free. There are no steps from your car to the beds, to the bathrooms. Enjoy the many birds that populate the lake including seasonal visitors like snow geese and white pelicans. Get serenaded by the mockingbirds. Be entertained by the cormorants, egrets, quail, hummingbirds and many others. Rise early to stunning sunrises over the McCormick Golf Course. Lounge on the patio or just read a good book. (We have a nice selection) Walk or bike among the lakes, visit the wild horses on the salt river, maybe compete with your hosts (next door) on Jeopardy, bridge, chess, etc) or let life slow down a little in the beautiful sorroundings.

Exceptional in every way imaginable!

It is difficult to imagine a better alternative to this immaculate, well-located, and absolutely lovely home away from home. We had to find a place to stay on a last-minute basis in order to be in the area during a family emergency, and both the owner and property manager could not have been more accommodating. Communication was excellent - timely, responsive, and sensitive to our needs. The home itself is delightful - a spacious, peaceful retreat with an excellent layout that offers both privacy and togetherness in perfect measure. The pictures are very accurate, but you still experience the "wow" factor when you walk through the front door, even though you know what to expect. Being located on a resort property is an added bonus, and we took advantage of the restaurant takeout options several times - food was terrific. This place had everything we could ask for in terms of amenities, well-stocked kitchen, and other creature comforts. It's location is hard to beat. Would give 10 stars if possible, and will most definitely return when back in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Gorgeous villa!

My husband and I just returned from staying at this property. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It was clean, comfortable with a great location. The views were stunning. Rising every morning to watch the sunrise and eat breakfast on the patio watching the birds was an incredible way to start the day. Mark is great to work with. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room. Villa has easy in/out locking system. Secure neighborhood, very quiet. Close to everything in Scottsdale. Would DEFINITELY stay here again and are already planning a return trip.

Property was clean and very well taken care of in all respects.

It was a good stay for our party [6]. The TV did not work in the Master Bedroom, but it was not a big problem. [actually I think it was a cable problem just with that unit} Good supply of kitchen needs. Great view of the lake and wildlife. Comfortable. Short on some paper goods. We would seek this unit out again.

Incredible

In one word... Incredible. The location is great, the weather was great and this unit was awesome. We really enjoyed our time here and would come back again with the family or just with the "boys". Thank you for your help and your prompt responses to our questions. Again, great unit and will be recommending it to friends!

Beautiful views

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The villa was immaculate and had so much space. It was stocked with more than enough towels, linens, dishes etc. We loved having the lake right outside our door and watching all of the birds and ducks. The sunrise over the lake in the morning was amazing to see also! Mark was excellent to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Thank you for everything and we hope to make it back someday! Arizona has our hearts now!

Loved the bright sun filled villa!

Loved the location, the roominess for our family and nice privacy. The view from kitchen/family room was beautiful looking over large pond with abundant wildlife. We played both golf courses and were pleased with the conditions and staff friendliness.

Can't wait to come back!

Huge, Bright Living Areas! This rental is MUCH bigger than it even looks in the pictures! Loved the huge windows overlooking lake and golf. We only cooked breakfast but it had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. I have never seen so many types of birds in one place. Communication with Dave was perfect! We will definitely stay again.

Spectacular!!

This was a beautiful waterfront property. We stayed 10 days and enjoyed our stay! The unit is spacious, fully equipped, and luxurious. The owner and property manager are personable, easy to reach, and thoughtful. I would stay here again!

This was the second time we have rented this unit and, I expect, we will want to rent it again next year. The first time we rented it there were just two couples. However, it is so roomy that we invited a third couple to share with us this year. It is very comfortable, has a lovely view and is ideally located for most activities in or near Scottsdale.

What a wonderful place. Great location, easy in and out, close to most everything in Scottsdale. So comfortable and a great place to entertain. Could not have been happier, and we will be back.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Times

We were 4 golfers requiring 4 beds. Although there was 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom we easily moved one of the beds to the den effectivly giving all of us a private bedroom. Great space for all, 3 bathrooms, nice patio for Barb'q and morning coffee and breakfast. Location is very good on a middle of the road very playable and affordable coarse, easy taxi (generally one outside front office waiting)to Old Town and some good amenities at the Millenium Resort where it is located. Our check in code and instructions were seamless. We will Return!!!

Great location, very spacious, nice view.

Easy access to Old Town Scottsdale... These accommodations are very spacious, with lots of room to spread out... Great views of the lake and golf course... All the ducks, geese and birds were a lot of fun to watch. I would definitely stay here again!

It's gratifying that our guests have enjoyed our home away from home as much as we do. We have been tempted to stop renting it, but notes like this make us happy to share it when we're away. We're also glad that the huge variety of birds has been mentioned as a source of enjoyment. Sitting on the patio this past week we saw great blue herons, mockingbirds, snow geese, mergansers hummingbirds, quail and lots of others. It feels as if you are miles from civilization, but really in the middle of everything. Thanks again for the nice note . Mary and Mark

Fabulous townhome with waterfront and golf course view

When we arrived at the property we found it spotless, more spacious than expected and the view even better than depicted in the listing description. The kitchen is huge, with good appliances and well stocked with cooking utensiles and other essentials. The location was ideal for us and we shared the home with another couple. It is spacious enough for even a third couple. All of us were very, very pleased with the experience. My wife spent many happy hours sitting by the windows relaxing and enjoying the view and photographing the wild birds, including heron, quail, ducks and geese, while I was out attending to business. We hope to be able to rent this home again next year and would certainly recommend it to anyone.
